When you come home and find your entire family beaten to death, DO NOT dial 911. If a MAN makes that mistake, the blue gun thugs will come out and arrest him, toss him in a cell, torture and try to destroy him. He will be lucky to get out alive.

The blue gun thugs came out and arrested him. Guy Heinze Jr.,screamed into the phone, “My whole family is dead! It looks like they've been beaten to death. I don't know what to do, man." The blue gun thugs knew what to do. They do what they always do. They arrested the nearest available man. Now he has the grief of losing his whole family, seeing them beaten to bloody meat, and in addition the trauma of arrest, jail cells, and lieyer hearings before agents of Satan in black robes of hell. Isn't torture too strong a word?
Heinze lied to police, tampered with evidence and was apparently involved in drugs. They had probable cause to detain him. This was a massacre in a mobile home. Not likely Heinze did it single-handedly but he may be involved.
Unfortunately, I don't see what choice you have other than to call them. Someone is going to at some point and just by being at the scene you'll become a suspect. Even if you hate the blue thugs, as long as they exist you have to comply with them. You could call some hippies over first and blame it on them.

By strict legal definition, getting his still living cousin to the hospital constitutes "tampering with evidence," as did simply entering the home. And lying to a cop means nothing more than remembering something different from what he claims to remember. How good is your memory, when staring at the beaten, lifeless bodies of your entire family?
As for drug possession, do you really think it's appropriate to take a man from the scene of his family's murder, straight to jail, for simple possession of something they have no legitimate power to ban in the first place?

The unemployed man was irritated by the noise and could not control his frustration. He thought hitting was the best way to stop the crying.
It was once legal to slap other people's kids, even total strangers. But today, the law declares it illegal. Thus, the poor man was arrested.

In the incident at Wal Mart, an older man was confronted with a little whiny bitch being raised by a single whiny bitch mom who was unable to teach the little brat any manners. He should have been applauded and rewarded by the community for helping to teach and raise a child that had no father in her life.

I was going to point out the case a year or two ago where a woman ran her car off the road and was trapped in her car, slowly drying of thirst, while the blue suited gun thugs questioned him and questioned him instead of looking for her.

That was the ruling in which the supreme court both invented, and bestowed upon itself, the power of judicial review. In that decision, the court declared itself the one and only body capable of divining the true meaning of the Constitution. This is what allows 5 megalomaniacs in robes to declare that, among other things, "shall not" means "must." ALL modern rulings are based on this fictional, self proclaimed, authority.
The net result, in actual practice, was to transfer the power to contest laws from the citizens, (jurors) to political appointees. (judges) It's by no means a stretch to say that this ruling marked the final outcome of the Revolutionary War. The people lost. Government had, yet again, proclaimed it's supremacy over citizens.

I don"t know if I would call it slavery, but if the marriage goes bad, with no fault divorce the man more often than not gets "screwed " by the system. That is why many men will stay in an abusive marriage. It was NOW who got no fault divorce laws passed in every state and marriage has been in a tail spin ever since.
Keep in mind that is was feminist organizations and groups that often claimed that marriage was a form of legalized slavery of women. The main reason why the European slave trade flourished was because of the cooperation of the black nations involved. They sold their enemies into slavery. Most of them were not caught by white slave traders because they had already been caught by black Africans who particapted in the slave trade for profit.

I can't find any new information on Guy Heinze Jr. and what they are doing to/with him. I haven't heard the first thing on what they think his motive was other than the $50K his dad was getting in a lawsuit. If someone were killing someone for money, they would usually have the sense to do it at a time when they could get the money, not before the person they were killing received it. Please let me know if you know where I can find any updated news. Are you following the West Memphis Three case?
