Feminazi “PC” censorship has come to so-called “open source” and “geek” software developers. A feminist hate group has been attacking and trying to silence men's speech in the realm of software developers and “geeks.” They have a blog run by self-proclaimed “Geek Feminists,” an obvious declaration of their ant-men sexism, misandry. On Geek Feminism Blog an October 8 article declares war on a long time free software developer, gamer, and antifeminist who goes by the Internet name of MikeeUSA. Anyone who has observed feminism in action knows that feminism is a sexist pro-women, anti-men hate program and that's all that it is.
One very common tactic of feminist hate is to pick on individual men one at a time. They claim that the man's opinions are “threats” and “violence against women.” They claim to be “victims” of his speech. They slander him far and wide and request that publishers delete his material, banish his comments and try to take away his ability to speak opposition to feminist misandry. The long standing feminist tactic is to attack one man at a time, and then the next man, and then the next. Every successful attack puts all other men on notice that our speech is not allowed unless we kowtow to feminist misandrist “PC” dogma. Opposing opinions are not allowed. A frigid chill is draped over the whole community of men as the misandrist censorship takes hole.
Since launching this particular hate campaign against MikeeUSA, they have succeeded in getting his software deleted from SourceForge, a site that exists to host and distribute free or open source software. Three years of MikeeUSA's work have been deleted. Was the deleted software hateful to women? Not at all. It consisted of map and weapon extensions of computer games that are popular among some gamers. Deleting MikeeUSA's work stops it from distribution. It effectively destroys 3 years of his work. It is a huge hammer to use basing a man for speaking against feminist misandry.
This kind of destruction goes far beyond just censorship. It is a hateful attack on someone's work product. Feminist success in destroying individual men freezes opposition to feminism. No man who wants to work in the free software or open source arena can afford to say anything negative about feminism out of fear that his other work will be deleted. It is the worst kind of hate, fear, and censorship.
According to a recent post on a blog called Armed and Dangerous, “Beth Lynn Eicher, had sought and achieved the suppression of public speech” by a man who has long been a member of the open software community but who opposes feminism. The author of Armed and Dangerous recites a lot of feminist anti-men hate dogma he got from Ms. Eicher, and seems to oppose censorship, but then he says that giving Ms. Eicher and her feminazi cohorts control over men and men's speech is a “solution.” Something is really rotten at Open Source community these days when its self proclaimed “elders” are toeing the anti-men hate and censorship line demanded by the feminazi.
This recent campaign to silence an opinion the feminists don’t agree with is a departure from the open forum nature that has made the Internet so valuable. Crossing the bridge into a censored and controlled forum allowing only ideas we agree with is a very dangerous step for all on the Internet. The ongoing hate campaign against MikeeUSA, the stalking, harassment, threats, libel, accusations, misquotes, and censorship is unfortunate and misdirected. If they disagree with his opinion they should post their own opinions and explain where he is “wrong.” The very existence of this hate/censorship campaign is a threat to everyone who uses a free and open Internet, no matter how strongly they disagree with his opinion.

You have no idea how much trouble we had with MikeeUSA. Our site has one of the oldest Men’s Rights forums on the net (yes, I know, boo hiss, etc) and he was erm… asked to leave… after trying to start a “discussion” about how men “should be able to rape their 12-year-old wives”. The sad thing is that Mike could really be productive if he was able to find some way to put his demons to rest.
As far as I’m able to tell, he’s persona-non-grata just about everywhere that he’s been online now. His name even came up in a discussion on Slashdot recently. What saddens me though is that he is held up as an example of the “anti-female” sentiment in whatever community he appears in. No. Mikee is Mikee and he has his own one man war going on. Let’s leave it at that shall we?

If Bob had a dollar for every whiny femiNazi who threatened to "get me arrested" for saying something she didn't like, Bob could retire to some Mediterranean beach. Saying something "offensive" is clearly legal under US law. For examples of legal "offensive" speech and successful lawsuits against censors read "thefire.org."
I don't know all of what you have said that they may call "threat" but if it wasn't a clear and specific and credible threat against a particular identified person then it probably has no legal basis for an arrest. Offhand banter and rhetorical discussion is not a credible legal threat even if it uses words that imply an immediate threat. Law enforcement agencies don't just arrest someone because some whiner didn't like his opinion.
Meanwhile you should send a notice of copyright violation to the femiNazi geeks demanding that they stop distributing unauthorized and modified copies of your code. Copyright violations can be serious and expensive. I once contracted code writer to spend a year writing custom code for an application we needed. His time was all paid for. But at the end HE owned the code, and we had to pay him big bucks for permission to use his code. Send them a notice of copyright violation and unless they stop immediately contact an intellectual property attorney.
Don't just post a note on their comments. Send the copyright notice to the feminist who runs the blog, and copy Google or whoever hosts the femiNazi geek distribution site.
The code is licensed under the GPL. That allows anyone to do whatever they want with it aslong as they keep their modifications under the GPL.
Even if the criminal lawsuit fails it costs money to defend against and once you are arrested (if you're a man) you can never get a well paying job in this country: you only can get minimum wage jobs. Also you are thrown out of whatever professional organizations you are a member of and whatever academic institutions you attend: your life is _over_.
Since you can never get a good little wife in america the only thing valuable in your life is the wealth you can aquire.

First: Intellectual property laws in the US were written by some very expensive lieyers who worked for some very rich owners of intellectual property, Mickey Mouse, Microsoft, United Artists, etc. You licensed YOUR code under an agreement that included a PARTICULAR distribution, and THEY have breached your contract/agreement. That voids your half of the agreement. Notify them that their breach of contract voids all rights to distribute, and assert your legal right to YOUR code.
Second: Criminal arrests are not "lawsuit" in the US. They are only done by government law enforcement agencies who may be sued for "false arrest" and generally don't arrest a man for speaking his mind. Exceptions to 1st Amendment rights are very narrow. Child pornography and imminent threats, and continuous malicious harassment of a particular person are just about the only exceptions. Meanwhile making a false report to the police, filing a false accusation, is a crime and also a cause for civil lawsuits against them.

As a dog owner, I want people who don't pick up their dog shit to do more than just pay a fine. Put up a big sign on their lawn, declaring it to be a "public doggie comfort zone" for one year.
The punishment SHOULD fit the crime. And it should be creative, so people can't say "well,if I get caught, it's just a fine." It should have some relation to the original act, and it should benefit the community.

In general there are way too many laws and way too much "punishment." We live in what could be accurately characterized as a "police state" with more men in prisons than any other nation at any other time in the history of humanity.
Victimless "crime" is not a crime at all. The government should mind its own business. If the prosecutor can't find a victim to appear in court and demonstrate their injuries, then the prosecutor should be slapped with a penalty. And police don't count as "victims." They aren't there to create "crime."
Annoyances are not crimes. The government should not get involved.
That leaves crimes against other people, murder, robbery, assault, etc. Again, if the person isn't harmed, then no crime is committed. Most fights are offsetting penalties, no government penalty involved. Robberies and other property crimes need restitution, not punishment. The criminal needs to be an indentured servant to the victim until the debt is paid back.
That leaves serious injury or death crimes. If its a whiny MIL he should get a medal, not a punishment.

Most so-called "domestic violence" confrontations are initiated by the female. When she isn't doing actual violence against the husband or his children she's deliberately insulting and "pushing buttons" to start a fight. The man who gets arrested is more often than not defending himself or his children from a violent female. The government should not get involved. A husband should be sovereign in his family. Anything else is misandrist feminism. Females who do permanent physical damage to husbands or children should be hung.
As for rape, its not much of a crime. Most rape accusations are total fiction. Of the rest, most are just sex with some disagreement about who will decide this time. Even when true, its not much of a crime. She gets laid one more time than she planned on. Often rape "victims" report "The best sex I ever had," from rape-crisis center training manuals. The crisis center counselors often have to teach "rape victims" that they are victims because they had a fucking good time getting laid. If its a crime at all, a fine about equal to the local price of sex on the street would be reasonable compensation for her efforts.
FWIW, I can't get Mikee's blog to load right now. It was working ok this morning. It might be a temporary thing, or he might have taken it down. Sometime last week a supporter (ironically) posted a link that may or may not have led to MikeeUSA's real name. I don't know if that's true or not, but if it is he may have some problems because of it.

From 1978 till 1993, I wrote militantly anti-feminist op-eds in my Midwestern rural city newspaper. I can say modestly I was the most hated person in our city, and I was proud of it.
