The World According To Bob

Bob Allen is a philosopher and cyber libertarian. He advocates for the basic human rights of men. Bob has learned to cut through the political nonsense, the propaganda hate, the surface discourse, and talk about the underlying metamessage that the front is hiding. Bob tells it like it is and lets the chips fall where they may. If you like what you read be sure to bookmark this blog and share it with your friends.

You can't make wrong into right by doing wrong more effectively. It's time for real MEN to stand up and take back our families, our society, and our self respect. It is not a crime to be born a man. It is not a crime to act manly.

Moratorium on rape called for.

It's become mass hysteria. It's worse then the witch-hunts of the Middle Ages. The false and grossly exaggerated accusations of "rape" and the grossly over sentencing for "rape" that is done today has convinced Bob that we need a 10 year moratorium on any criminal prosecution for "rape" so that we can all calm down and start over. It would be surprising today if 8% of "rape" accusations had any factual basis. Females compete to have "my rapist" as an entrance pass into the women's victimology club.

At the most basic level rape is just sex with a disagreement over who will decide. Females all demand absolute power to control sex. Any time she has less than full and total control she screams "rape" and the man's life is destroyed. Sentencing is far, far beyond the crime. Feminist Catharine MacKinnon said "All sex is rape," and she might be right. If that is true we have to include two billion women who enjoy "rape" every year. Sex is a normal human activity, and usually very pleasurable, not a horrific violent act. When the female loses her power over men, the power to control and regulate sex between her and a man, she "feels" violated, but she very seldom has actually been hurt. Men understand a loss of power, we give up our power for control sex to women all the time, we do sex to please her because she wants sex. It's not that big of a deal. Yet mixed with misandry, hatred of men, and aggressive persecution the feminist empire has inflated rape hysteria into a monumental "crime." It is no longer possible to have a rational discussion of rape without igniting hysterical (a well gendered term) ranting, name calling, and verbal abuse. The whole topic has become so overheated, over prosecuted, and over used that no rational discussion can even be held today. A moratorium needs to be held until we can all cool down the hate, fear, and animosity.

Bob's first introduction to the world of false rape conviction was about 40 years ago when a friend was picked out of a blue gun thug lineup by a "victim" and charged with "rape." On the night and time that the alleged crime took place, the accused and a half dozen of us friends were having pizza in our usual pizza joint 150 miles away on the other side of the state. An alibi with half a dozen witnesses in another city had no truck with the blue gun thugs and the rape hysteria of the DA's office. He was arrested for walking down a street, spent several nights in jail, and we all had to make depositions about his location on the night of the lying bitch's claim before they dropped charges against him. If he had been home watching TV that night he would have been in the slammer for 20. And even with the witnesses, he then had a "police record" for "sex crimes." To a blue gun thug, a false accusation is as good as a conviction.

It's gotten a lot worse since then. We need a 10-year moratorium on any criminal prosecution for "rape" so that we can all calm down and start over.

Hopefully, you will get raped and maybe you will tell you assailant how much you appreciated it, if it is just sex.

Libertarians seem to miss empathy towards anything else but themselves or at best people just like them (usually well-to-do males living in a bubble world). Evil = lack of empathy, simple as that.

You really need a dose of reality injected into you.

the only hysterics i see here are your own, Bob. And what's up with your use of the third person? Can I rape your mother, uh, I mean, can I have a disagreement over sex with her? Using a gun? Coming up from behind in a dark alley at night time?

" "Politically, I call it rape whenever a woman has sex and feels violated." -- Catherine MacKinnon

"All sex, even consensual sex between a married couple, is an act of violence perpetrated against a woman." -- Catherine MacKinnon

Is rape not considered an act of violence according to gender feminists and their ilk?

TD , you are wrong for suggesting that. I might assume you are a female victim of rape? If you are, what would you say if a male victim of rape said that to you ?

Hey Bob, you really know how to provoke! Good point.

We could make an exception: if rape is proven with extremely stringend standards of proof, and absolutely forcible, then maybe prosecution could be allowed.

I wrote lots of articles about the "rape of the word 'rape'". The word rape is totally inflated, manipulatively mis-defined.

Nowadays consensually kissing a minor is "rape". Non-consensually patting someone on the behind might be rape, too.

Also, all constitutional guarantees of the Magna Carta, of due process and presumption of inncoence, have been removed ......

You could make an argument. If over 50% of rape accusations are either wrong, or for non forcible acts, then maybe it is best not to prosecute.

Note to Human Stupidity:
It would be surprising if even 9% of "rape" accusations have any truth at all. Even when true the harm done to the "victim" is usually insignificant. Like the Wikileaks "rape" case, the alleged "victims" were bragging about fucking a celebrity when it was learned that not using a condom is "rape" under Swedish hate laws.

Even in the rare cases of forcible rape the harm is from the assault, not from the fucking.

The penalty for fucking a female one more time than she planned is not a horrible crime and should not be a serious penalty. A fine about equal to the price of a street whore (or perhaps a high class whore for a high class victim) would be appropriate.

She 23, at home. I 26, sleeping over 1st time. It's dangerous, I refuse penetration, I'm under influence. She comes back when I'm asleep and forces herself upon me and penetration. 2 weeks later, she's late and pregnant. On the 10th we notify parents of mariage on the 20th. I "wake up" 11 years later, with 4 kids. Separeted, divorced, 28 years later I realize I was raped and enslaved with the full complicity of Society.

How many are we to have been trapped this way ?

No DNA testing, etc., etc.
