Time to Punish Illegal Alien Invaders

For the past several decade invading armies of Mexicans and other nationals have ignored American law, violated our borders, and trespassed in our communities. Our governments seem to be unable to deal with the problems because of the huge number of criminals. Thousands of border guards are just overwhelmed. What is needed to control the problem is a law that will reward all Americans citizens for participation in controlling the invasion while being an incentive for the invaders to go back home. Here is the best proposed solution I've seen yet.

The US Constitution, 13th Amendment, specifically authorizes involuntary servitude for criminals. Since every illegal alien invader in the US is a criminal who violates our laws, the Constitutional authority for involuntary servitude applies to them. It should be applied to all border crossing invaders.

To discourage illegal invasion of our nation we need to reward those who report criminals by giving the criminal to them for 5 or 10 years of involuntary servitude. Anyone who identifies or captures a criminal alien could, upon summary trial and conviction, put the captured criminal to work at whatever task they need doing for 5 or 10 years. After the period of indentured service the criminal would then be deported.

Businesses could report illegal aliens who apply for jobs, and then put them to work for 5 or 10 years without pay. It would encourage American business and discourage illegal alien criminals. Applying for American jobs to earn money would be impossible.

Home owners could report illegal aliens in their neighborhood and then put them to work mowing the lawn, painting the home, cleaning or cooking, doing all the hard or dirty jobs around the home. Or, they could sell the indentured servant's labor to a business or labor contractor at a nice profit.

The services of criminal invaders caught by the US Border Patrol, Immigration Service, or Local Sheriffs could be sold to labor contractors, and the profits used to reduce taxpayer cost of enforcing our laws.

Labor contractors could purchase the services of several criminals and hire them out for road construction, farming, mining, or any other difficult or dangerous tasks.

The only cost to Americans would be an old storage shed for several of them to sleep in and a sack of dried beans for them to eat. Hard working labor has to have a healthy diet. At the end of their years of involuntary service they would be sent home.

This program would greatly discourage illegal aliens from coming to the US. There would be no criminals taking well paid American jobs to earn money. There would be no American businesses looking the other way to hire criminal aliens when they could get their labor for free. Most criminal aliens already here would stampede for the border, leaving the US before they got caught. Cities and towns across America would experience greatly reduced costs for schools, hospitals, roads, police, and public services. With the criminal stampede ended, our border patrol and immigration services would have time to round up the rest.

Again, involuntary service for criminals is specifically authorized by the US Constitution. Its time to get tough on the criminals who are invading our nation by the millions. Put them to work as punishment for their crime, and then send them home. It is not difficult to protect our nation from invasion. All that is needed is the will to do so. This proposal would punish criminal aliens, reward Americans who have been violated, and discourage wholesale violation of American law.

Arizona Plan

The US Sate of Arizona is situated along the southern border of the US, adjacent to Mexico. Much of the distance along the border is ranch country and deserts. Every day thousands of Mexican nationals cross the border illegally. Many of them bring plastic water bottles and food containers for the long walk to roads on the American/Arizona side of the border. Ranches and farms along the border are trashed with discarded water bottles. Livestock is shot, and ranchers are sometimes shot.

The US Congress passed a law during the Bush Administration authorizing and requiring a wall to be constructed, making it easier to control the border, but the new Obama/Fascist regime has canceled construction of the wall. A huge part of the border problem is drug smuggling. The drug smugglers create huge profits and pay off corrupt politicians, fund lieyers, and cause massive criminal activity in every US city. Control of our border is abaolutely necissary for America, but opposed by our corrupt politicans.

Faced with growing problems of public safety, Arizona passed a law directing their own state blue gun thugs to arrest and deport any foreign nationals found within their state. Earlier Friday, President Barack Obama called the Arizona bill "misguided" and instructed the Justice Department to examine it to see if it's legal. He also said the federal government must enact immigration reform at the national level — or leave the door open to "irresponsibility by others."

"That includes, for example, the recent efforts in Arizona, which threaten to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and their communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe," Obama said.

On Yahoo news comments several people wondered if Obama would be arrested and deported if he shows up in Arizona. Tha would be the legal solution, but power corrupts.

All the anti-American traitor groups such as the ACLU and the Mexican Defense Fund are protesting the Arizona plan to enforce American law. And the Senate of Mexico adopted a resolution opposing the law.

The People of America are opposed by our corrupt illegal poltiicans and now massive invasive armies of foreign nationals. Its time to run the bastards out and reclaim our nation. The FED announced this week that they are going to print a second Trillion Dollars to fund the bankrupt Obamanation. The bankrupt US government is rapidly heading toward runaway inflation. If you are holding dollars, you have very little time left to switch to hard currency, or material such as whiskey, food, or real property.

The news report reads, “WASHINGTON – The Federal Reserve announced Wednesday it will spend up to $300 billion over the next six months to buy long-term government bonds, a new step aimed at lifting the country out of recession by lowering rates on mortgages and other consumer debt.”

What that means is that the US Government is now officially bankrupt. For most of the past century the US Treasury has held a weekly bond auction selling its debts to anyone who would lend them the money. The auction price of bonds translates into the interest rate that must be paid on the money. For several decades the US Government starts by selling enough bonds to pay back the short term bonds that are due this week. Then they sell more bonds to finance new government spending beyond its means. That has worked as long as there were people willing to lend them money, people who believed that they could pay the money back by collecting taxes or selling new bonds. Holders of US Treasury bonds are private investors, international banks, and the governments of several nations like China and Saudi Arabia.

In the past few weeks the Obamanation has spent money far beyond the ability of the US Government to borrow. Investors at the bond auction are not buying the bonds as fast as Obama can print them. Investors, including foreign governments, do not believe that the US can pay back the bonds. So they haven’t been buying bonds, aren’t willing to lend more cash down a rat hole.

The announcement that the Federal Reserve Bank will buy bonds is an announcement that the government can no longer pay back its debts. The FED is the keeper of US money. This announcement means that the FED will “print” money for the US government. By “print” money it means that they will write some really big numbers with a lot of zeros on a checking account of the Department of the Treasury. The “money” just appears out of thin air by the stroke of a keyboard at the FED, but it has grave consequences for the rest of us. They are writing worthless checks from a checking account that has no money.

It is clear evidence that big money investors and other nations no longer believe that the US dollar is sound enough to pay back its debts, and in fact it is not. It means that every dollar you own and have in your account just shrank by a proportional value. It means that the government is desperate. The Titanic has hit an iceberg, its sinking fast, and its watertight bulkheads have not kept it afloat. Run to the lifeboats. Hoard food and trade goods.

Kristallnacht -- In the Obamination

Hussein Obama won't be officially the US President for another couple of months, but already our news media is beginning to prepare us for the coming “Nazi” hoolocost that is being planned. Today's story on Yahoo reminds us of Kristallnacht, a celebration of racist power of the new Naitonal Socialist Labor Party and the upcoming exterminations.

Its called “softening up” or “psychological preparation.” The public is fed stories about similar historic occurances and begins to recognize them as a repetition of history rather than some new radical Obamination. The story proports to be agaisnt Kristallnacht, but after the first paragraph it goes on to suppot the program. The authors blame “right wing extremists” rather than the leftist socialsts and labor supporters who were actually responsible.

The German National Socialist Labor Party was swept into power on a surge of euphoria based on emotional appeals for change in traditional rational authiority. New women voters swooned for the sex appeal and emotional appeal of the new dictator without reason in a manner very similar to the femalse who suupported Hussein Obama out of emotional ferver. In Berlin in the 1930s the media looked the other way at all the crimes and autrocities while singing the praises of a new powerful socialist governemnt. The parallels are very scary. And now we see the Reuters news organizatoin pushing Kristallnacht as a preview of things to come in Ameica.

Aunt Zeituni – The Welfare State

Barrack Obama a/k/a Barry Soetoro is not the only member of his family who is an illegal alien living in the United States. According to a recent news article, Barry Soetoro's aunt, Ms. Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request 4 years ago.

Ms. Onyango has no visible means of support. She lives in public housing and is supported by the government, that is, she is supported by you and me. It is unknown exactly how many similar illegal aliens are living in the United States but estimates run upwards of 10 million.

Barry Soetoro already uses the US as the welfare payer for the entire wold. If he becomes President the gates will be thrown wide open.

This is a trend. The Obama's are all illegal aliens who should be deported under US law.

Update Saturday Morning

Obama a/k/a Barry Soetoro has claimed that he “knew nothing” about his aunt living in Boston in the projects. New AP Story here

She has been given housing in government projects which require proof of legal residency status, but Senator Soetoro knew nothing. She attended his swearing in ceremony as a Senator, but he “knew nothing.” She has contributed small amounts from her government checks to Senator Soetoro's election campaign for months, which is illegal under US election “reform” laws, but Soetoro knew nothing. By law he is REQUIRED to know the status of contributors. He is required to certify that all of his campaign contributions were legal. But Senator Soetoro "knew nothing."

To the discredit of the lying scum US media, it was a British news agency which broke the story about Aunti Zeituni. The US media has abrogated its responsibility to the people to tell us the facts about our politicians. As soon as the story broke, The news, or should we say fiction, agency "AP" rushed to put out a story making excuses for Barry Soetoro. According to AP, Soetoro knew nothing about Aunti Zeituni. AP lies like a very soiled rug.

Senator Soetoro talks about her fondly in his published memoirs, but when she came from Africa to live illegally in the US, he “knew nothing.”

A century ago there was a political party called the “Know Nothings.” Perhaps our illegal alien candidate and his illegal alien aunt should transfer to them. Or perhaps not since the platform of the Know Nothing Party opposed unrestricted immigration by illegal aliens like Senator Barry Soetoro a/k/a Obama and his African kin.

The lessons of history

It's getting scary. Obama is talking about “getting past” Constitutional limits, and Biden has warned us that within 6 months they will create a crisis and take action that most Americans will believe is wrong. It sounds more and more like the 1930s rise to power of the German National Socialist Labor Party. Half of Americans are worshiping the future dictator, he is the Messiah, the god incarnate. Some black churches are alrady praying to him. Within 6 months of the election they will create a crisis and overturn the Constitutional limits on his power, declaring Obama as the supreme power in the US, der Furor to use the German term.

Obama said, "The Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and sort of basic issues of political and economic justice in this society, and to that extent as radical as people try to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn't that radical."

Within 6 months of taking office Obama is planning to assume total power in the US, equal to Napoleon, Stalin, Julius Caesar, or Hitlar. Within a year after taking power Obama will begin shifting wealth, confiscating property, sending white men to work camps, and beginning the racial genocide that is at the heart of black radicalism.

You have very little time before the election to stockpile ammunition and hide your arms. Be afraid, be very afriad.

Selling Out and Getting Out – The Obamanation

Wall Street investors are selling out and getting out of the USA in massive numbers. Trillions of dollars of the “smart money” is dumping American stocks and expatriating before the upcoming elections. Investors, those with money to lose, are very scared of the “CHANGE” that the Indonesian Muslim Communist has promised if he gets elected. The DOW is down another 300 points today, already at levels not seen since the 1980s.

Obama intends to “CHANGE” the US in ways that none of the veterans of WW II could have imagined. Our Constitutional limits on government have been largely ignored for most of the past century, but Obama plans to officially abandon it, CHANGE. A free market or a largely free market has been the engine that powers American prosperity. Obama plans to “share the wealth,” which means he intends to replace the free market with a communist economy. The blue gun thugs will love the Obamanation because police state control of our lives will be greatly expanded, but any white man trying to support his family will be in real trouble. Even hard working black men will be in trouble for their votes. One of the first laws to be passed will unionize small businesses, which, in addition to greatly raising their taxes, will drive most of them out of business.

The smart money and the wealthy are expatriating in massive and completely unprecedented numbers. Anyone with good sense and the ability to do so is getting out now -- while they still can.

Of course a communist economy doesn't produce enough wealth to “share the wealth” as the Obamanation expects. You can only rob a rich man once. His wealth soon evaporates into the ever hungry mouths of the lazy welfare queens who expect papa government to support her and her several bastard kids. Much of it disappears in the government bureaucracy and blue gun thugs armies needed to control the people.

The economy will stop. Food and energy will not be produced and distributed. Bread lines typical of the former Soviet Union will appear in every city. State governments will fail. Already, the most liberal states are in big trouble. California has not been able to pay for all the benefits they have promised their people, yet they continue to make more promises. An Obamanation is likely to fall rapidly into complete economic collapse, and come apart into separate states or groups of states in a manner similar to what happened to the former Soviet Union. Communism, when followed to its inevitable conclusion, leads to starvation, famine, and national collapse.

The only good result of the coming disaster for America is that after the starving times, and after the war, we may be able to rebuild a good nation based on real leadership, without female suffrage, without universal suffrage, without voting by every stupid idiot who wants more and more government support, who wants to "share the wealth" of any man foolish enough to work. Universal suffrage inevitably leads to national collapse by voting some really stupid “share the wealth” robbery of anyone who creates wealth. Only those who own land and have a vested stake in the future of the economy should be allowed to vote. After the collapse of the former United States, those men who survive may be able to rebuild a new nation based on leadership and good sense.

You want “CHANGE” America? You are going to get it if Obama is made President with a Democratic/Communist Congress.

Investment Opportunity

The meltdown in the US housing market has caused financial ripples across the globe. The so-called “housing bubble” burst and the fallout is continuing. The bubble began several years ago when the US government (Read Democrats in Congress) passed a law encouraging banks to lend huge sums of money to buyers who had no job and no real prospect of paying back the money. The new lower credit rules were augmented by the FED's low interest rates. Many buyers borrowed money for homes on Adjustable Rate Mortgages, loans with monthly payments that rapidly would become too high for the borrowers.

The other major factor fueling the “housing bubble” was massive and uncontrolled immigration. In 10 years the US government allowed 20 million illegal immigrants to move into the US. Twenty million new residents need something like 10 million housing units. The illegals tended to occupy the lowest priced housing in lower class neighborhoods. They took over 10 million homes and apartments where that hard working Americans had been living. That left 20 million hard working Americans being forced to pay untenable amounts to buy (or rent) homes that they could not afford.

People tend to think of houses as a fixed commodity, but overall houses are just as subject to the economic laws of supply and demand as any other product. A house has a residual value based on the hours of labor, cubic feet of concrete, board feet of lumber, etc. But when the available homes suddenly have 20 million more people wanting homes than there are homes available the price people will pay for a home is driven up and up beyond its residual value.

With the government allowing massive and uncontrolled immigration and concurrently encouraging uncontrolled lending to unqualified home buyers the demand for homes far outstrips the number of available homes. The prices for homes went up far beyond any reasonable or rational price in several parts of the US. Banks that had made loans on these properties, often at 100% of the street bid, were in a massively risky position. Greedy lenders knew that it would crash, but each of them was trying to make a fortune and get out, leaving the financial mess for someone else. It wouldn't last forever. It never does.

By about 2005 several factors were coming together to end the housing bubble. First, the government was finally beginning to respond to citizen demands to finally get control on immigration. Some were being deported. A fence was being built on the southern border. And the oil fueled economy of Mexico was providing jobs at home. Instead of millions of new immigrants demanding millions more housing units every year, the number of immigrants in the US became more stable and even declined in some areas. New housing construction began catching up with the demand for housing space. Sellers had to compete with each other for buyers. People now has an option to buy a less expensive home down the street, and the massive shortage driven inflation in housing prices came to a screeching halt.

Suddenly there was more homes than occupants in areas that has a serious housing shortage just the year before. The massively over inflated prices no longer had buyers taking homes at any price asked. Banks and other lenders found themselves holding paper on houses that were actually worth a lot less than they had loaned on them. About the same time, the FED raised interest rates a few points. Payments on all the Adjustable Rate Mortgages doubled just about overnight. Hundreds of thousands of hard working Americans could not afford to make payments on a $500,000 home at 8% or 10% interest.

So the greedy bankers, or often the banking corporations that the now-wealthy managers had abandoned, were left holding a lot of worthless paper and abandoned over-priced homes. The financial fallout of greed and corruption by bankers and our government will continue for a while. Housing prices will continue to fall until they reach some actual basis related to the cost of construction. The government will try to bail out the remnants of the greedy lenders. The government will not help the millions of hard working Americans who lose their homes. Instead the government will focus on the illegal aliens and low life scum who should never have been able to compete for over priced housing in the first place.

For a wise investor this is an opportunity to buy. The oldest economic theory for making money in housing, or in stocks, is “Buy low and Sell high!” Most people invest high and sell low. Millions of home owners and real estate investors have lost their shirt by buying high and selling low. In a down turn there will be bank repo homes that are liquidated far below their residual value. The over sold condition will drive down prices below residual value for a short time. Now is a good time for investors to buy low in the real estate markets. It is also a time for investors to buy stocks. The financial crisis created by the colapse of greedy bankers has driven down stock prices to a lower than residual value position. A wise investor does not join the herd of losers sellng stocks at a loss. A wise investor starts buying when eveyrone else is selling. Its time to buy.

It is an ill wind that blows no good for anyone. A crash of markets can be profitable if you don't panic. You can make money while others are losing theirs. Buy their panic sales at cheap prices and grow rich.

Filthy Mexicans Contaminate Our Food

You may have noticed a significant increase in the number of food products that have been contaminated with E-coli bacteria lately. That's a polite way of saying that you're eating shit with your food. California spinach and lettuce was recalled, and blamed on “natural” fertilizers. A parade of meat products have been contaminated with E-coli and been recalled. One meat packing company went bankrupt a few weeks ago when its products were found to be contaminated. See map

The government is, of course, being politically correct and hides the truth about our failing food supply. Illegal Mexican workers will work for lower wages than good American workers. Often they live like rats in small apartments with very poor sanitation. Most of them come from Mexican slums where American quality sanitation is not even dreamed of and not understood. They don’t understand that baths and clean clothing are important and hand washing is essential for public health. They live like rats in cockroach infested rooms with cooking grease on the walls and filth on the floor where they sleep, and then they go to work in our food processing industry.

Americans who are concerned about our health and the health of our nation will not tolerate a government that lies to the people and welcomes filthy illegal Mexicans to take over our food supply. For our own health and the health of our families we must demand that our government stop the ruination of America and American culture. Our very lives are being risked. Contaminated food is on your dinner table today. How many filthy Mexican handled dinners will you eat before you demand that the illegal aliens are sent home and our industries returned to the hands of decent American workers.

According to their study, the annual cost of illegal aliens paid by American taxpayers just for Los Angeles County exceeds ONE BILLION DOLLARS per year. And that cost does not include the education cost to school systems -- probably another billion dollars in Los Angeles County.

How can any American taxpayer continue to support pro-illegal legislators, mayors, town council representatives, etc., when these horrible costs are billed to our wallets? These listed costs are only the direct billed costs. They do not include huge increases in the cost of housing, driven up by the demand for millions of housing units, or the cost of every other consumer product driven up by the demand from twenty million illegal aliens.

When it costs a billion dollars in ONLY ONE COUNTY, and there are thousands of counties across America with similar costs, isn’t it time to declare war on these criminal illegal aliens who are robbing us blind? Isn’t it time to declare war on the criminal politicians who would rather waste our money to buy votes from illegals because they know that Americans aren’t willing to toss the bastards out of their offices?
