Two decades ago Presidential candidate George H. W. Bush promised prospective voters, “Read my lips. No new taxes!” Once elected he forgot his promise to the people, caved in to Democrats in Congress, and approved new taxes. In doing so he taught a whole generation of voters that ALL politicians are lying scumbags who promise one thing and do quite another once they get to Washington. Finally, out of desperation, many of the old lied to voters had another go at changing our government. Millions of older voters formed the TEA Party, and millions of young voters who had not been lied to by the elder Bush scumbag still believed. We elected a new class of TEA Party Republicans to Congress in 2010. But now..... the same old lies and spending is happening again.

For more than a week all the media and political libtards have been whining about “shutting down the government” because, so they say, “There isn't time to negotiate a budget.”

Last year the Democrat controlled 111th Congress failed utterly to pass a FY 2011 budget for the government. On the last day of the lame duck session, as they adjourned for a Christmas break, they passed a Continuing Resolution allowing Obama to continue spending at 2010 levels until March 4, 2011. Well that date is coming up this Friday.

The House of Representatives is now controlled by Republicans due to the election of a lot of new TEA Party members. Two weeks ago the House debated and passed a Whole Year Continuing Resolution, HR-1. To become Law the House budget has to be approved by the Senate and The Obama. Since that time the Senate and The Obama have been whining and crying that the government will “shut down” after March 4 because they “don't have time” to adopt a spending bill.

If they are concerned about having time to deal with the government's budget, one might ask what the Democrat controlled Senate is doing to meet the Friday deadline. After taking last week off, and Monday, the Senate is scheduled to be in session on Tuesday and for the rest of the week. While wondering how much progress the Senate is making on the federal budget, I tuned into C-SPAN2, the Senate channel, this mourning. Is the Senate hard at work on the budget? LOL. Don't be silly. This is the same Democrats who failed to adopt any FY budget last year.

This morning, Tuesday March 1, with government facing a “shut down” if they don't compete budget action by March 4, the Senate is spending Tuesday debating the always exciting topic of Patent Law. Patent Law is very exciting. They teach whole classes in Pat ant Law in law school. Many Senators probably still have textbooks on Paten Law they had to buy when in Law School. Discussing Patent Law is probably as exciting as waiting for the 4:48 train, or counting goals in a 0-0 soccer game.

Democrats in the Senate and the major media, MSM, will blame Republicans and the House for “shutting down” the government. According to MSM reports, Republican leaders are willing to capitulate and give up their historic debate and adoption of HR-1. Their promise to “CUT SPENDING” was a sham to fool voters. They seem to be lying scumbags like the rest of the filth in Congress.

With the Senate debating Patent Law instead of passing HR-1, the People's House should be holding firm to their historic CR debate. Shame on the Republicans for caving in. Shame, shame, shame1

Close the POW camp -- Free the terrorists

For the past several years the fascist NYC media, Democrats, lieyer groups, and agents of Satan in black robes of Hell have demanded that the POWs being held outside of the United States be treated as domestic prisoners. They demand that the most violent terrorists should be given all the rights of US citizens. If terrorists captured in Iraq or Afghanistan while fighting against the US cannot be tried because there is no evidence that they were immediately engaged in attacks when captured, the the bleeding heart NYC fascists demand that they should be released into the US or sent home to their native countries. Over the past few years the fascist elite and their media have forced the Bush Administration to release many POWs who could not be tried as criminals under US laws.

Hussein Obama announced yesterday that he is closing the POW camp at Guantanamo Bay to send his Islamic terrorists buddies home. The NYC fascist media all stood and cheered when he signed executive orders to that effect. It was the culmination of their 6 year campaign against the Bush Administration for protecting the people of these United States.

Today we read in the news that one of their released terrorists has gone back to his former life as a leader of Al-Queda making plans for more terrorism against us. This makes me feel really secure, and with Obama's planned closing of the prison we can all sleep secure and safe. How about you? The Geneva convention says that soldiers wearing the uniform of a combatant nation should be given fair treatment and returned home AFTER the fighting is over. A man not wearing the uniform of a combatant nation, not in uniform, or otherwise engaging in guerrilla or terrorist tactics may be executed. For the safety of the American people (And many others around the world) these violent terrorists should be given the full benefit of the Geneva convention and offered a blindfold before being executed.

CAIRO, Egypt - A Saudi man released from Guantanamo after spending nearly six years inside the U.S. prison camp is now the No. 2 of Yemen's al-Qaida branch, according to a purported Internet statement from the terror network.

Bob has learned that there is a severe shortage of guns and ammunition at gun dealers in many parts of the US. Particularly hard hit are assault rifles and military style ammunition. According to a recent news article, Barry Soetoro's aunt, Ms. Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request 4 years ago.

Ms. Onyango has no visible means of support. She lives in public housing and is supported by the government, that is, she is supported by you and me. It is unknown exactly how many similar illegal aliens are living in the United States but estimates run upwards of 10 million.

Barry Soetoro already uses the US as the welfare payer for the entire wold. If he becomes President the gates will be thrown wide open.

Wright baptized Obama's children. For 20 years Sen. Obama has been a devout member of “God Damn America” Wright's congregation. If “God Damn America” makes you angry you are in good company, but apparently not in the company of the Democratic Party today.

When asked about his participation in “God Damn America” christianity, Hussein Obama said that he wasn't there on that day. “God Damn America” is from a DVD of “The Best of Reverend Wright” which is being distributed by his church. In 20 years Hussein Obama could not have been ignorant of the obscene and very racist anti-American position of his church. After seeing the “Best” of his “christian” religion from the DVD, “God Damn America” it is clear why Hussein Obama publicly refuses to pledge allegiance to America or salute our flag. What is not clear is why so many American voters would allow that kind of anti-American racism to get anywhere near to candidacy for President of the United States.

He says that over 20 years of regular membership, weddings, baptisms, and regular Sunday meetings he was “unaware” of Rev. Wright's flagrant racism and anti-American hatred. We are not that stupid, and we don't believe Hussein Obama is that stupid. A man might be excused for going to one meeting or a racist group, or perhaps two, until he figured out the racist hate the group was preaching. But no man supports the KKK for 20 years, nor the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago without knowing exactly what their program and prejudice was all about. We now know exactly why Mrs. Obama has not respected America all her adult life, and why B. Hussein Obama refuses to pledge allegiance to the United States of America. Obama is an anti-American hater, anti-white racist who fully supported “God Damn America” for 20 years. No decent American of any race should support that kind of racist anti-American hate. He has no legitimate place in American politics. Instead of being elected, Hussein and his pastor should both be rejected from the America they both so vehemently hate.

In his speech about race in America, Hussein Obama talked about his grandmother, but not about his grandfather. Hussein Obama talked about his mother, but not about his father. Hussein Obama turned his back on his father many years ago, turned his back on his father's religion. Hussein Obama is a man who turns his back on his father and grandfather. I find that offensive, a mangina, a pussy whipped jackal without morals or social value.

Obama and his kind of racist hate, and his kind of anti-American hate, has no legitimate place in American politics. Instead of being elected, Hussein and his pastor should both be rejected from the America they both so vehemently hate.

Affordable Health Care For All

America needs to improve medical care while doing something about the horrible medical industrial complex. Just yesterday Bob was told about a man who went to a hospital for a 3 year follow up of a bypass surgery. While there the hospital gave him a drug resistant staph infection and a blood infection. The poor guy almost died. He will take weeks to regain some semblance of health. And what’s worse, the statistics on bypass surgery is that it DOES NOT extend life, on average. The average 5 year life expectancy after bypass surgery is no better than without bypass surgery. The surgery patient gets NO expected increase in life expectancy, but does get a guaranteed 6 months of severe physical pain and suffering. He also gets a severe depletion of his life savings, which the medical busine$$ takes.

For decades the AMA has held a tight monopoly on medical treatment, a monopoly authorized and ensured by the federal government. Breaking the monopoly of a single provider pricing at extreme “pay or die” prices should be a first priority. Breaking the pharmaceutical monopoly should be second. A month’s worth of pills that costs $0.25 in Africa will cost $25 in Europe and $250 in the US. The monopoly pricing must be broken, and Americans must be able to buy from low priced sources at home or abroad. Better information is needed. People need to be told before their $400,000 bypass surgery that the average patient doesn’t live any longer, but does suffer 6 months of surgical pain. People need to know that hormone treatments given to females for 40 years kill more patients than they save. Men need to know that prostate tests have more false positives than correct readings, and that even if you know you‘ve got it, there is no effective treatment for prostate cancer. The US medical business is fairly good at fixing broken bones, but beyond that they are often worse than useless.

For some years we have heard numerous Democratic politicians whining about guaranteed medical care for everyone. But NONE of them is even willing to talk about actually doing anything to improve medical care. All they ever propose is to write a massive blank check to the medical industrial complex at taxpayer expense. The medical industrial complex, AMA, doctors, hospitals, and drug companies all pay huge sums to campaign funds to buy politicians.

On the Republican side there is a little less uniformity, some attempts at innovation, and fewer proponents of blank check solutions.

Senator McCain advocates restructuring the medical industrial complex to bring competition into health care. Here

Rudy Giuliani focuses on “insurance” coverage which, again, is simply writing a blank check to the medical industrial complex. He talks about “innovative approaches” but missing is any thought of breaking the AMA monopoly or the pharmaceutical monopoly. Here

Mike Huckabee recites much of the same old saw about improving “insurance” blank check medical care. No improvement there either. Here

Ron Paul talks about making health care more affordable by elimination of government regulation, but has no specific proposals. He also does not mention breaking health care monopolies and monopoly “pay or die” pricing. Here

Fred Thompson talks about innovation lowering costs and reducing regulations to allow competition. No blank check is proposed Here

Mitt Romney is a big city liberal who’s narrow vision focuses on ways to pay the blank checks demanded by the medical industrial complex. Here

Bob’s suggestions
1. We need to break the AMA monopoly on doctor education and licensing. High prices are maintained by limiting the number of doctors and unreasonably extending the difficulty of new doctors in medical schools. End the government sponsored AMA quota system that limits medical school enrollments. Allow medical schools to train as many doctors as they are capable of training.

2. We need to allow some lesser practitioner for lower technical medications. Routine medications should just be available from trained pharmacists. Stitching up cuts and bruises doesn’t need 6 years in medical school. Save the high priced doctors for the highly technical or unusually difficult, non-routine, injuries and illnesses.

3. Surgery should be subject to the same kind of “safe and efficacious” standards that drugs are subject to. Hundreds of thousands of needless or harmful surgeries should just be eliminated, surgeries that do not prolong life or increase quality of life.

4. “Heroic” end of life care should be drastically reduced. One report said that 80% of “health care” is spent in the last 6 months of people’s lives, after which they die. Much of the time the only effect of the “treatment” is to reduce the quality of life during the person’s final few months, and to empty their life savings into the bank accounts of the doctors.

5. Medications should be available on Internet order from the lowest cost provider, whether American or off shore. A month’s supply of pills that costs $0.25 in Africa should be available by Internet order for about a buck plus shipping. The $250, pay or die, pricing of American monopoly pharmacies must be broken. There is no reason to require me to pay another $100 to visit an AMA member for permission to pay $250 for overpriced medicine. I can read the manufacturer’s web site with all the “doctor” information just as fast as the AMA member can. I am the consumer who has to pay. I have a right to buy from the low priced supplier without government standing in my way.

I don't see any of the politicians talking about the real solutions that Bob has proposed. Only John McCain even talks about real reform, but his platform is not very well thought out.

Political solicitations

This is political season. All the political parties, PACs and hack organizations are asking for money or support. This is the best time to remind all of them that we MEN do not support anti-men misandrist hate groups. This morning, Bob got the following e-mail from a typical fund raising political group:
