A Thanksgiving Story

In 1620 a group of Pilgrims soon to arrive in Massachusetts (instead of Virginia where they intended to settle because they were out of beer) signed a historic document called the Mayflower Compact. They pledged to share the labor, produce, and government of their new village in a new land. The Mayflower Compact has been taught in American schools for almost 400 years as a "historic advance" in human government.   It was taught in school when I was in school.

 

During their first winter many of the Pilgrims died of starvation and disease. In 1621 the Pilgrims managed to put up some crude huts and plant some crops. When their meager crops were harvested they invited local natives to bring food for a feast of thanksgiving.   They teetered on the brink of starvation for 1622 as well.  Governor Bradford wrote that young men who would be able to do more work were unwilling to work as hard as they could because they were not rewarded for their labors.

 

In 1623 the surviving Pilgrims scrapped their “historic advance” in human government. It was a failure. Community ownership of property, redistribution of produce and the fruits of labor was a failure then as it always is.  In 1623 the Pilgrims abandoned their communal property redistribution system. They gave every family their own land and private ownership of the production of their labors. They instituted a free market system, and Massachusetts Bay Colony thrived and prospered.  In 1623 corn planting and harvesting greatly increased.  There was plenty of beer for everyone.  That part is NOT taught in American schools.

 

Those who refuse to learn from history are doomed to repeat it and voted for Odumbo.

This level of sexist hate by organized feminism has been their real goal for more than a century, but seldom is it disclosed in public. In any less radical group than Occupy Wall Street that kind of advocacy of Holocaust style extermination of half the human race would not be tolerated, but this is the radical Bolsheviks of OWS. Their psychotic hate for themselves and all productive people is what fuels their protest. Eradicating half the human race, the half that produces all the food, clothing, shelter, and their iPhones, is what they call a worthy goal.

FAA Bill Blocked by Senate

Some of you readers may wonder what is going on with the FAA and Congress. Well, its another Pretender Obama mismanagement problem. Its the National Socialist Labor Party demanding radical change to labor law and a continuation of subsidies to corporate jets.

The law creating and re-authorizing the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) expires every 5 years. For half a century the Congress has renewed the law when it expired. It usually is the President's job to send his Department and Agency heads over to Congress with a proposed annual budget and occasional proposed re-authorization bill. But Obama has no management skill and neither does his staff. For the past 3 years nobody in the Obama regime came to Congress with a proposed renewal for the FAA. Since Pretender Obama took office he has not managed to lead a reauthorization. During the first 2 years of Obama, the Congress kept passing temporary extensions of the FAA law because no leadership was coming from the Obama administration. To avoid a total shut down of all US Airports and collapse of the Air transportation industry, Congress has been passing temporary extensions, and temporary extensions, and more temporary extensions.

The one thing the National Socialist Labor Party fascist in the White House did was to arbitrarily declare a revision to 75 years of labor law. Without a required Congressional enactment of law changes, The Pretender's Labor Board sought to change the way labor elections have always been done. Since the beginning of US labor law back in the 1930s, a union has had to get buy-in from a majority of workers in a company or factory for the union to be declared as the representative of ALL workers. That has made it difficult for unions to take control of industries where most workers are satisfied to negotiate directly without union representation. Obama's directed change says that only a majority of the employee votes that the union succeeds in obtaining need to be positive to declare the whole company a union shop. They also have elminted secret ballots on union elections. Employees who have avoided the union meetings, and or union thugs no longer would be counted. If the union obtains votes from only 10 workers, but 6 of them want a union, then under Pretender Obama's new unilateral law the other 500 employees now have to pay union dues. That is a radical change that usurps the authority of Congress and unilaterally changes long standing law enacted by Congress.

Now that Republicans have taken over the People's House they are taking action to move forward even without any leadership coming from the Pretender. They enacted a FAA reauthorization bill which includes many provisions. For example, it authorizes conversion of air traffic control systems to a new GPS based system replacing the obsolete radar based systems. One of the provisions in the FAA bill passed by the House affirms 75 years of labor law and prohibits Pretender Obama's illegal unilateral change to that law affecting air transportation and rail transportation workers. As you might expect, the Senate marches to the same Union Labor tune as Pretender Obama. The Senate passed a version of the FAA bill without the prohibition of radical change in labor law. Senators blame the House for "changing" labor law, rolling back Pretneder Obama's illegal changes. To date, the Senate continues to refuse to approve renewal of the FAA Authorization Law with its restoration of 75 years of labor law.

Because of the impasse over radical labor law changes demanded by Pretender Obama and the Senate, both houses passed another temporary extension. But there is a catch in that too. Republicans added a provision limiting subsidies for Corporate Jets to no more than $1,000 per passenger if the corporate jet airport is withing an hour drive of a major airport. See Bob's article. Despite all their soap box rhetoric about “corporate jets' they are willing to close down the FAA to continue subsidies in excess of $1,000 per passenger.

You may hear a lot of Democrap demagoguing about Republicans on the FAA bill. Democraps blame Republicans for “blocking” the bill and “threatening” the FAA. Today on the Senate floor Senator Boxer spent an hour blaming and pointing fingers, and then offered another substitute bill to be sent to the House. A Republican Senator objected. He pointed out that the House has left for an August recess. He suggested that the Senate accept the House temporary extension with the limit on corporate jet subsidies and send it to Pretender Obama. Ms. Boxer objected. She would rather demagogue Republicans than actually save the FAA.

So here we sit. Congress has taken a month long vacation, all of August.

Yesterday the Democraps in the Senate went on TV and blathered about Republicans "holding a gun to our head," complete with finger pointing at head gestures. O'dumbo's Secretary of Transportation went on TV and bashed TEA Party members. Then a Republican member of the House Transportation Committee went on C-SPAN and explained at length how the Republican temporary FAA extension bill (passed weeks ago) included only language COPIED from a Senate bill that all the libtards had voted for in April. By late afternoon the libtards finally read the House bill and announced that "Pretender O'dumbo and Senators have negotiated a settlement to the FAA impasse." The "negotiated settlement" was to read the House bill and find out that it was their own previous language. If libtards had a brain they would be dangerous. The Senate is expected to pass the House temporary FAA extension bill today and send it to Pretender O'dumbo.

Last night The Obama spoke to Americans again on all the TV networks. Officially he was talking about the national debt. In his speech he recited his often repeated Democratic talking point bashing “Corporate Jet owners.” He and other Democrats says that Republicans give “tax breaks” to “Corporate Jet Owners.” He said that taxing Corporate Jet Owners would solve the government's debt crisis. But lets look behind the curtain. In news stories this week you may have heard that FAA Taxes on commercial jets have vanished. We are told that the FAA tax went away because Congress is arguing again. But they won't tell you what the argument is about. Unless you spend time watching C-SPAN, you won't be told. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) law provides a government subsidy for small airports that don't make enough money from airline tax to pay for themselves. Read that, the government provides a subsidy to small airports where CORPORATE JETS fly. Instead of taxing corporate jets for the cost of operating their private airports, the government robs us taxpayers. Near every city in the US there is a major commercial airport, and there is another airport where corporate jets fly. Often the corporate jet airport is even closer to the city.

The FAA law expired. Congress is trying to extend it for a few months until they can negotiate a long term renewal. House (TEA Party) REPUBLICANS wanted to limit government subsidies for Corporate Jet airports to no more than $1,000 per passenger when the Corporate Jet airport is within 80 miles of a major airport. (H. R. 2553) Democrats, despite all their public whining about eliminating subsidies for Corporate Jets, have demanded to continue unlimited subsidies for Corporate Jet airports. The impass between a Republican limit of $1,000 per passenger and Democratic unlimited subsidies has resulted in an expiration of the FAA authorization without extension.

Some of you may be tempted to think that $1,000 per passenger government subsidy is a lot, but Democrats think it should be more, sometimes a lot more. After all, who pays for their reelections? If the subsidy is cut, Corporate Jet owners would have to pay more in landing fees to cover their costs. We hard working taxpayers wouldn't be getting the bills, or our grandchildren wouldn't be getting the debt.

Despite the ongoing fight in Congress, Democrats demanding big subsidies for Corporate Jets, and Republicans holding out to cut them, The Obama goes on TV and pretends to be opposed to subsidies for Corporate Jets. Major TV “news” (socialist propaganda) media reports The Obama's opposition to “Corporate Jets.” But they won't tell you that its a bold face lie. They report the cut in FAA taxes, but they won't tell you that Democrats are holding out to continue their big spending subsidies for Corporate Jets.

Washington DC is Lies, Lies, and Damn Lies. Socialist propaganda media is Lies, Lies, and Damn Lies. Obama and Hairy Reid are the supporters of Corporate Jet subsidies, and Republicans are the opposition of government spending, like always. Never believe a Democrap liar, nor a CBS, CNN, NBC, ABC, AP, or NY Times liar. And FOX is usually as bad. They won't tell the truth either most of the time.

Obama leads Budget Negotiations.

Obama held a meeting on Monday with Boehner and Reid, etc. Obama said, "We didn't get an agreement but I will call another meeting tomorrow and tomorrow until we do." Then he left town. Today, The Obama is so concerned that he is doing campaign fund raising speeches in one of the "57 states." That's what we call "leadership."

Last month Obama asked sleepy Joe Biden to take leadership on budget negotiations. Biden held one meeting, accomplished nothing, and then left the country for weeks. That's what we call "leadership."

Of course that's after the Democratic House, Senate, and President could not pass a FY 2011 budget last year when it was required and they controlled all 3 branches. That's what we call "leadership."

During the coming shut down, only "essential" government workers will still remain on the job. It has to be asked. Why do they rob our money to pay for millions of "non essential" government workers. Maybe all the "non essential employees should all be laid off to save a few hundred billion of our dollars.

The People's House passed a full detailed Whole Year Continuing Resolution budget for the rest of FY 2011. The House debated all the hundreds of government bureaus, departments, programs, and needs all day and long into the night for a whole week. A budget amount for each was finally approved about 4 AM on Saturday morning after an all night session. The Whole Year CR was sent to the Senate back last February. There it sits on the Senate desk. So far, the Senate has passed nothing, and has spent NO time debating any of the hundreds of bureaus, programs, agencies, commissions, etc., that need to be considered. The best they can do is to toss out a phony Bologna number for the media. But its not about "Cut $33 billion." Its not about the total. Its about how much to spend on each and every one of the hundreds of agencies, programs, etc. So far, neither the Senate nor The Obama have proposed anything. That's what we call "leadership."

Several Congressmen have sent a letter to Hairy Reid asking that he resign if the Senate won't pass a budget. Bob agrees. Hairy Reid should resign.

The US House of Representatives proposed very modest 1 1/2% cuts in spending in a Federal budget that borrows 40% of its spending. The US Senate voted it down.

In 1775 the Continental Congress adopted a resolution, “Any government that takes one tenth part of a man's wealth, in total of all taxes, is tyranny and should be overthrown.” The current US Government passed that limit a long time ago. They are become tyranny.

Despite the angry shouts of millions of tax paying Americans, despite mobs of TEA Party voters who overturned Democrap control of the People's House, the government continues to borrow and spend like a drunk on holiday. Even the Republican leadership of the People's House, put in power by TEA Party activists and Americans who ran for Congresses to save our nation, will not listen to the very loud voices of the American people.

Media talking heads and pundits warn that failure to accept Pretender Obama's ruinous spending spree will “shut down” the government. They talk about it like its the pending sword of Damocles hanging over the people. They talk like shutting down the Federal government would be a huge disaster. They are some of the best known liars on earth, men who earn their livings by lying.

After several days of Internet discussions about the consequences of shutting down the government I have not found any serious problems. We have 50 states (not Obama's “57 states”) that all have equivalent necessary public services. The states have road and highway departments. States have health departments. States have police and National Guard army units for defense. States have agricultural extension services to promote and inspect food production. States have social services and schools. When you really look at what our Federal government does, is to steal and waste our money. They rob us with crushing taxes, and then “give” maybe half (a generous estimate) of it back to states. The Federal government also enforces 75 volumes of Federal Regulations that stifle business and kill industry across America. Unfunded Federal mandates have bankrupt virtually all 50 states.

If we SHUT DOWN the IRS and their crushing taxes, shut down enforcement of the 75 volumes of regulations, get the government out of our lives and off our backs, WE THE PEOPLE would enjoy a new era of prosperity and productivity. Our states would be freed from the crushing burden of unfunded federal mandates. Our local taxes could be greatly reduced. Our states would again be solvent.

Shutting down the US Government would save $3,800,000,000,000 this year alone.

Shutting down the US Government would save every American man, woman, and little child $11,000 this year alone. That's $44,000 per family.

The time has come. Write to your Congressman and demand that they SHUT IT DOWN. No FY 2011 Continuing Resolution at all. No FY 2012 budget. No increase in government debt. Just shut the whole damn thing down and get it off our backs and out of our pockets.

What if they do "SHUT IT DOWN FOR 6 MONTHS?"

Whenever I go to Yahoo News and read a story about the US Government budget arguments going on in Congress, there is always a chorus of angry Americans who shout "Shut it down!" Or "SHUT IT DOWN FOR 6 MONTHS!"

Yahoo is pretty liberal, but they now have thousands of very angry comments on every story from people who would rather just shut down the whole government than accept Washington as Usual.

I'm starting to think that might be a good idea. Its being done in Egypt and Libya. Get rid of the old government for 6 months, fire all the bureaucrats, and toss out 50 volumes of government regulations. Fire the secret police. Then hold some new elections in 6 months, nobody from old government allowed to run, and start over.

All my life I've been voting for politicians who promise to "lower taxes" but what they always mean is to slow the rate of tax increases. The government gets bigger and bigger and bigger, the "ratchet" effect. It never gets smaller.

I would assume that all the States would continue to function during a federal government shutdown. They would retain control of roads, bridges, and local schools. They would, however, be freed from the crushing economic burden of unfunded federal mandates

So should we toss it out, clean the slate, reprint the Constitution, and start over? Do we deserve freedom as much as Egyptians and Libyans?

End Tax Funding of Libtard Broadcasting

Ms. Vivian Schiller, NPR (National Public Radio) President and CEO, addressed the National Press Club today. She dodged all the questions regarding endemic libtard bias at NPR. Many TEA Party and Republican Congressmen are saying that that the public should not be funding leftist political advocacy, or any political advocacy broadcasting. The new TEA Party House of Representatives eliminated all government funding for NPR and Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Ever since their inception, NPR and CPB (Corporation for Public Broadcasting) have had a strong left or socialist bias. The bias shows up in what story they choose to tell, what things they say about the story, and who they hire to tell the story. When questioned by the National Press Club, Ms. Schiller refused to comment about how many or what percentage of liberals they have on their staff. It is basic human nature that anyone with a strong political opinion will believe that “neutral” is mostly what they believe. A broadcaster cannot have a neutral perspective if all their employees are socialists. The one conservative voice at NPR, Mr. Williams, was recently fired for speaking also on FOX news. Mr. Williams was also the only black man at NPR.

NPR and CPB are feminist libtard dominated. They continually broadcast anti-men hate along with their libtard agenda. Bob recently wrote to the local CPB station to complain about misandrist programming, but their mangina manager opined that “issues of interest to women” are not misandrist.

Public Broadcasting began in the 1960s when there were only 3 network channels on TV. It was believed that an alliterative outlet for many other programs was needed. All that has changed today. Instead of 3 networks we now have hundreds of cable and dish channels, and dozens of broadcast (antenna) channels in large markets. The need for public funding for broadcasting is long gone.

Broadcasters have a right to have a bias, but not with public money. There is no right to force conservative Americans to pay for libtard broadcasting. Just as commercial radio has conservative voices such as Rush Limbaugh or Michael Savage, so could private broadcasting have liberal voices. That is the essence of freedom of speech in the US. What is very wrong with PBS and CPB is that they are funded by robbing all Americans with tax laws.

The US Senate needs to approve HR-1 spending bill voted by the People's House. It cuts about $60 billion from current spending including elimination of publicly funded socialist misandrist propaganda broadcasting.

Dear Congressman -- Another Good Idea

Dear Congressman,

Hers is another good idea. What if IRS Income Tax, government laws, and government regulations are option? The Democraps could raise taxes every time they like, and none of us good people would care.

With optional taxes the Democraps could send in their money to pay for all of their socialist programs. No problem. Let them enjoy their high taxes.

With optional laws and regulations, RINOs and Democraps could enact a million pages of oppressive government law and regulation designed to stamp out businesses, prevent incomes, destroy initiative, and create an ever increasing dependent class. The libtards could adopt all the laws and regulations they like and no free men would care.

This idea is so good,
it should have been thought of years ago.
In a country that calls itself "land of the free" an optional government is the essence of free men. Let those who want tyranny and oppression, high taxes and a nanny state have as much as they like. No problem. Just don't let it be forced on men who would be free.

People's House Votes to Cut Spending

The 111th Congress controlled by Democrats failed utterly to pass any budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 which runs from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011. Usually the Congress passes individual budget authorization laws for each department of government, and usually passes them before the end of the previous FY. The Democratic 111th Congress passed NO department budgets at all. In desperation they adopted a so-called Continuing Resolution (CR) allowing all government departments to continue spending money at FY 2010 levels for 90 days. Then since they failed again to adopt a budget in the lame duck session after elections, so they passed another CR right before their Christmas vacation, and then adjourned. No other Congress has ever failed utterly to adopt a budget for the government. The CR expires on March 4, 2011. Many Democrat Congressmen were voted out of office in the November 2010 elections.

The 112th Congress was convened in January 2012. The usual agenda for a new Congress is to debate funding for the following year. Instead, the newly elected Republican House of Representatives had to begin by cleaning up the mess left by the irresponsible Democrats. American voters had sacked many of the irresponsible Democrats and elected TEA Party conservative Representatives to replace them. The new TEA Party Representatives had a public mandate to CUT SPENDING and get the government's fiscal house in order. The new TEA Party Representatives gave a majority rule in the People's House to Republicans, but aggressively informed old time Republican leaders that business as usual in Washington, DC, was at an end.

The People's House leadership created House Resolution (HR) 1 as a Whole Year Continuing Resolution and sent it to committees to review spending for each Department and determine an acceptable spending level below requested levels. When the various committees reported their piece of the total CR back to the Rules Committee they were assembled into the largest spending bill ever to be considered by the US Congress. In a radical departure from the back room process of prior Democratic leadership, the proposed HR 1 was posted on-line for 3 days so the people could read it and know what the People's House is doing.

HR 1 was presented to the People's House for an open process public debate during the week of February 15th. The whole government budget was debated day and night all week. Hundreds of amendments that had been published in the Congressional Record (available on line) were brought up and debated. Some proposed amendments of both Democrats and Republicans were approved, and some were rejected. The whole process was open for the public to watch on C-SPAN.

Instead of the back room process of the Democratic 111th Congress, there was no "Louisiana Purchase," and no "Nebraska Compromise." There was NO earmarks or "pork" projects. For the first time ever there were individual Congressmen competing to cut the most funding out of the Government budget. Debate on amendments went on day and night all week. By the time they finished considering all amendments and adopted the Whole Year CR at 4:40 AM Saturday, February 19, they had cut over $100 billion from The Obama's budget proposal.

The Whole Year CR did not consider so called “entitlement” programs such as Medicare or Social Security. They did include defense and security spending, and made cuts in both.

All of the liberal/socialist whiners are screaming and crying because the People's House voted to cut several of their socialist giveaway programs. Several of The Obama's power grabs were specifically defunded. The People's House specifically prohibited spending on salaries for any government employee administering Obamacare, pushing Global Warming Cap and Tax, and several other socialist project. All the socialist Main Stream Media (MSM) propagandists have been threatening that the People's House budget will shut down the government because the Senate or The Obama will reject the authorized funds. Leftist spenders and those who live with their hand out to the government purse are in denial. They still are trying to convince each other that the TEA Party Republicans are not serious. They look back to 1995 when the Big 3 TV Networks controlled information for Americans and could control the people's knowledge of government. Those days are gone. Most young Americans now get most of our information from Internet sources. We know the truth. We are not fooled by lies spewing forth by the usual liberal wanks on CBS, CNN, or FOX.

The People's House has Constitutional authority and responsibility to originate and pass a spending authorization for the government based on the will of the People's Representatives. It will be offensive and dangerous for the Democratic Senate or The Obama to shut down the government by refusing to accept approved funding for the remainder of FY 2011. Screaming and crying liberals will try to blame Republicans for their failures, but the people know. We stayed up all night, all week, watching the People's House debate amendment after amendment and finally adopt funding for the government. Now we are watching the Senators. They had better vote to accept it or they better get to looking for another job. The People won't tolerate more of the same old business as usual from the old Washington liars.

Millions of TEA Party Americans all across the country are shouting, “SHUT IT DOWN!” They point out that shutting down the whole government for 4 years while still collecting taxes would eliminate the debt. Many TEA Party Americans want The Obama to be forced to buy his own gas for his limo. That's a little overly optimistic, but the spending cutters are not done. Right before the end of debate in the People's House, at 4:00 AM Saturday morning, some Congressmen proposed an amendment to make another deep cut across the board. House leadership got them to withdraw their proposed amendment, but they stand ready to demand even larger budget cuts if the Democratic Senate or The Obama refuse this budget.

Bob suggests that if The Obama vetoes the HR-1, the Whole Year CR, approved by the People's House, the People's House should just pass it again with an amendments to block any spending on pens at the White House.

Violent Dogs belong in a loony bin

Jared Loughner's 3 favorite books on his Facebook page were Hitler's Mein Kampf, Marx's Communist Manifesto, and Ken Kesey's One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Back before the liberal revolution of the 1960s, crazy violent dogs were captured and sent to loony bins where they could be controlled and forced to take mind altering drugs. But that changed.

During the 1960s, we saw the liberal elite championing the “rights” of violent psychotic dogs like Jared Loughner. The plight of such violent loony bin inmates was championed in print by novels such as One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Kesey's 1959 novel was published in 1962. It was taught in liberal college classes, and made into a Broadway play by New York liberal elites. Hollywood liberals made it into a major motion picture in 1975, and awarded it five Academy Awards for its leftist message. Radical leftist organizations like the ACLU championed the “rights” of violent crazy dogs instead of the rights of people to be safe on our streets.

The result of all the left wingnut advocacy was that all the loony bins were closed. Thousands of crazy and violent dogs were just dumped on our streets. We still see them today, wandering our towns and cities. Most of the former loony bin inmates are unable to hold a job, form a marriage, or have a decent life. Most have ended up living on the streets as homeless derelicts. Some die in winter because they don't have the mental capacity to come in out of the cold. Some fight each other and die in the fights. Often they take too much alcohol or other drugs to dull the insane voices in their brains.

The loss of state loony bins is a human tragedy for all the crazies who can't lead productive lives or support themselves and end up dead under bridges in our cities. Like other leftist programs with so-called “good intentions,” closing loony bins did a lot more harm than good. The lack of support for crazies who end up on the streets is horrific, but its not the worst result of the loony leftist closing of loony bins. The crazy violent dogs have been released on the streets along with the harmless crazies.

We just witnessed another mass killing by a crazy violent dog who should have been sent to the Cuckoo's Nest before he committed mass murder. Mass killer Jared Loughner had been known by friends, relatives, acquaintances and authorities for years. Many had been afraid that he would end up killing people. Many were afraid of him. His crazy rantings at Community College classes caused him to be expelled from the school. Professors, administrators, and other students who he met after enrolling at the Community College all feared that he would go crazy and do a mass murder at the College. Other local authorities were well aware that he was a loose cannon waiting to go off. But thanks to the leftist/liberal One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest laws, he could not be sent to a loony bin for protection of the public and himself.

Jared Loughner is not the first by a long way. Another infamous mass murder happened recently at Virginia Tech where a nut case named Cho lost it and murdered many students. Cho also had been identified as a violent crazy dog, but because liberal/leftist laws do not allow the people to protect ourselves against mad dogs, he was not sent to a loony bin before he got a weapon and attacked to kill.

These highly publicized incidents are notable only because they got so much public notice. Other crazy violent dogs kill people every week. A century ago they would have been identified and sent to a loony bin, or Cuckoo's Nest where their crazy mind could be controlled, or at least their violent behavior could be blocked.

Over the past week we have heard constant political grandstanding by the loony lefties trying to divert public responsibility from their own crazy laws and to blame conservative voices that teach good sense. The loony lefties rant and twist, spew hate and “blood hate” but never take responsibility for their crimes. They twist and blame, squirm and divert. They try to use the inevitable results of their own leftist laws to make political hay. “Never let a crisis go to waste” even when they caused the crisis.

The glaringly obvious cause of the tragedy in Tuscon, at Virginia Tech, and a thousand others places, is the leftist “do gooder” laws that closed loony bins, emptied the Cuckoo's Nests, and dumped all the crazy violet dogs on the streets. Its a loony lefty problem. Its the ACLU. Its CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, and NY Times who are responsible.

Barry Soetoro said, “None of us can know what could have stopped these shots from being fired.” Bullshit! What could have stopped these shots was sending the crazy mad dog to a loony bin when his crazy violent nature became obvious two years before. What could have stopped this was listening to conservative voices that work to protect the people, not loony lefties that endanger the people by giving Academy Awards for closing loony bins.

It should also be noted that other loony leftist laws do not allow free men with mental problems to medicate themselves. All the common drugs are not available, part of the “War on Drugs.” Violent crazy dogs like Jared always know they are crazy. His favorite book was about the Cuckoo's Nest because he searched for a solution to his own crazy reality Virtually all of them have tried to medicate their own crazy minds. Jared Loughner tried to get marijuana or other drugs, but of course those are illegal and far too expensive for a poor crazy young man who can't hold a job. He was not able to smoke a few more joints to mellow out, nor take some H and curl up in a corner when the daemons in his mind drove him to distraction. He found no legal option for self medication, and the shrinks who evaluated him just dumped him back on the streets.

Its time to stop the left wingnut madness, and go back to protecting the public. Crazy violent dogs need to be sent to the Cuckoo's Nest. Its for their good and for the safety of the public.

A Man Never Votes for a Cunt!

Fall elections are coming up rapidly. Lying political ads dominate TV time. Their ads are long on emotional appeal and very short on anything resembling rational thought. Incumbents pretend to serve the local needs despite having ignored the people of their state and district. Our local Senatrix, Patti Murray, claims to "believe in" helping people but of course she hasn't done any of it during her last term. The only thing she has actually done was to co-sponsor the VAWA, anti-family hate legislation. Men never vote for any cunt.

Recent research has demonstrated some of the differences between men and women that everyone has known intuitively since thought became rational. Men have larger brains and are more intelligent. A man's brain is something like 20% larger on average than a woman's brain. Most of the extra size of a man's brain is in his gray matter, the frontal part of the brain that is used for reasoning and rational thought. Large scale analysis of college entrance test results show that an average man is about 4% more intelligent than the average woman. Well, some might argue, that doesn't mean that an exceptional female won't be as smarter as an average man. If you could be sure that you only selected exceptionally intelligent females and were unable to select exceptionally intelligent man that argument would hold. Chances are that the person selected for political office will be somewhat more intelligent than average for his or her sex, and hence the MAN will probably be smarter than the female candidate.

A wealth of scientific research has shown that the most active parts of female brains are the parts devoted to feelings. Female writing, novels, books, school essays, and all female literature focuses on feelings. Females avoid discussions or thoughts about reasoning because their brains aren't good at it. Females are good at noticing how a baby is feeling, but very poor at reasoning out the economic systems that will provide an economic base to support all the babies. Men understand economics and power, the primary functions of government.

Females in the military are excluded from combat assignments. Female officers have no moral right to order troops into battle while being excepted from the risks of war. Throughout history the King was expected to be at the front lines of battle, earning honor among MEN. The King earns the right to govern by his honor and willingness to fight for his people. No cunt ever has taken that responsibility, they fuck the winners. They have no moral standing to rule.

It leaves our nation vulnerable to attack by anyone with balls. Our congresscunts and their mangina lackeys haven't the balls to oppose anyone.

Understanding Money

If you attend a TEA Party meeting these days, or even some Republican Party caucuses, you are likely to find people advocating a return to “Hard Money” or “Commodity Based Money” or “The Gold Standard” for money. They are uneasy, or more likely afraid, that the US Dollar will collapse and render everyone's savings worthless. History is full of examples of nations where runaway inflation soon required a wheelbarrow of money to buy a loaf of bread. It is a very real concern considering the way our government has been spending money it doesn't have, borrowing Trillions of dollars for socialist programs, and “printing” money by bushel baskets and carloads. They worry about the Federal Reserve Bank, which they accurately point out is a commercial contractor to the government, not even part of the government. The Federal Reserve Bank is owned and run by individual business men, not by the people.

But their demand to return to some mythical good times when money was gold coins is not realistic and not going to solve the problem of runaway government spending. In fact, the demand for “commodity based” money shows so little understanding of basic economics that it makes the advocates appear to be silly and ignorant. It calls into question the rest of their proposals, some of which have a lot of merit.

To understand the problem better we first need to understand money and the history of money. What money is, and what money is not. From Dictionary dot com we have, “Mon-ey, noun, 1. any circulating medium of exchange, including coins, paper money, and demand deposits.” Remember that definition because we will get back to it. First I'll digress into the history of the Dollar and how we got to where we are today.

Back before the American Revolution, the British Colonists used English Pounds when available. There was also a lot of Spanish Doubloons and Pieces of Eight in circulation, especially in the more southern colonies. The silver Pieces of Eight were often cut into as many as 8 pieces or “bits.” Even today a US quarter dollar is still sometimes called “two bits.” The money system was mostly chaos. Farmers often bartered produce for blacksmith goods. Merchants and small shops took whatever they could get in payment. Buckskins or beaver pelts were sometimes used on the frontier. Two bucks might buy you a jug of whiskey. If you distilled whiskey like George Washington you might trade 5 gallons for a piece of furniture. Gold or silver was good if you could get it, but it was hard to come by in many parts of rural America.

The US Government began in debt. The Continental Congress borrowed most of the money that financed the Revolutionary War. They wrote bonds or notes to purchase materials, arms, and food for Washington's army, or to pay soldiers. When the new Constitutional government was created it took over the debts of the Revolution. Washington and Congress adopted a tax on whiskey to raise money to pay off the debt, but many distillers had no money. They bought stuff with jugs of whiskey, not money. There was a “Whiskey Rebellion.” President Washington had to call out the Militia to stop angry farmers who distilled whiskey from taking over the new government.

The word “Dollar” comes originally from Low German. In 1519 a Bohemian silver mine near the town of Joachimstal minted silver coins. The coins came to be called “Joachimstallers,” or Tallers” for short. Tallers from Joachimstal and later from other places were widely circulated in what is now Germany and much of northern Europe, New York was originally founded by Dutch and called New Amsterdam until it was captured by the English and renamed New York. There were German Tallers in circulation in New York and among immigrants from places such as Denmark or Germany. English colonists began using the term “Taller” or now “Dollar” to refer other silver coins such as Spanish pieces of eight. During the American Revolution there was a lot of public sentiment to divorce as much of America from England as possible. One way that division was created was to abandon English money and create American money. Continental Congress adopted “dollar” when it set up U.S. Currency in July 6, 1785. The decision was based on the suggestion of Thomas Jefferson and others, because the term was widely known but not British. No American dollars were actually used until 1794.

Money and commerce in the US was still chaotic from the beginning until the early 20th century. The authors of the US Constitution gave the new Congress the authority to coin money and to regulate interstate commerce, but it took a long time to develop methods to accomplish a uniform system of money that could be used. As mentioned earlier, farmers who used whiskey for trade goods revolted in the Whiskey Rebellion in the 1790s because they had no money to pay President Washington's new tax. The first minting of Dollars began in response to that and other critical needs for money to lubricate business in the new America.

We need to stop for a moment in our history discussion to remember that what we call “money” any circulating medium of exchange. Money can be thought of as a kind of oil or even fuel that allows commerce to work. Money has no intrinsic value unto itself but only represents various goods or services that can be exchanged. Hold this thought. We will come back to it.

During the 18th and 19th centuries, many commercial banks were started by enterprising men in just about every town across America. As anyone who has ever borrowed money knows, when you go to a bank to borrow money they don't hand you a pile of gold. They write a “draft,” “note,” or “cashier's check,” and hand you a piece of paper with their promise to pay written on it. During the 19th century banks all across America printed bank notes or the bank's promise to pay and gave them to people who borrowed “money” from the bank or who made deposits of gold or silver for the bank to hold. For any larger purchase a bank draft is much easier to handle than a strong box full of gold. By the middle of the 19th century the majority of buying and selling in the US was done with bank notes issued by thousands of small town banks. Over 90% of the people were family farmers who did all their business with the local merchant, but the chaos of money was an ongoing problem.

With thousands of banks issuing their own notes or “money” to be used in local business nobody more than a few miles away from the small town knew if the notes were any good or not. How could a merchant in Atlanta buy wheat from Ohio if he had to pay in bank notes on a bank that neither the buyer or the seller had ever heard of? How could a beef merchant in Chicago or New York City pay for cows from Texas? And the new railroads had to allow people in every city and village to buy tickets or pay for freight shipments. There were frequent local and some national panics caused by a loss of confidence in bank notes. There were frequent “runs” on banks where people would lose confidence and start taking all the notes to the bank demanding gold. None of the banks kept enough gold to pay all their notes. The bank's assets were in loans to other people, a note or mortgage from some farmer or merchant, not gold. The chaos of a thousand bank notes and frequent panics became worse and worse as people and commerce left the farms and moved to cities. By the last part of the 19th century frequent panics had become common. Business and manufacturing was getting to be impossible. Something better had to be found.

Using “money” made of gold, silver, or copper is a lot like speculating in the commodity markets. The value or price of metals goes up and down according to supply, demand, and speculation. Almost 30 years ago a guy I worked with invested most of his saving to buy gold at about $800 per ounce. A few weeks later the market price of gold dropped to less than $400 per ounce. His investment in gold “hard money” was a loss until only the past couple of years the price of gold went back up. Buying gold, silver, oil, or potatoes is a little like going to a casino and rolling some dice. It does not make a stable basis that large and small businesses can count on to make payroll week after week.

The solution the government came up with was to contract with a major, government chartered bank to print and issue government notes that would be known and used in every state. The government notes originally said “Pay to the Bearer One Dollar in Silver,” then they said “Pay to the Bearer One Dollar.” Now they don't even say "pay," they just say "Federal Reserve Note, One Dollar." When coins quit being made of silver the paper dollar, bank notes, couldn't promise a dollar in silver because a dollar coin was made of copper or some other alloy. We know the bank as the Federal Reserve Bank and they have several regional branches. We now have only one commercial bank printing bank drafts or bills that we all know. Or do we? Lets look at “money” again.

At the TEA Party, the Republican local caucus, and other places people worry out loud about the government “printing” money to pay its bills. Go back to “hard” money or gold coins, some say. But how does "printing money" actually work in the lives of most Americans?

Green back dollars, the Federal Reserve Notes we are all familiar with, are only about 1% of the money in regular commerce in the US. When the government “prints” money are they rolling the presses to print more greenback dollars? Nope. Lets look deeper into “printing money.”

Often when I go to my local Buy Mart store to get a basket full of stuff I don't have a pocket full of notes from the Federal Reserve Bank to pay for the food, tools, beer, and other stuff. I might whip out my “check” book and write a bank draft or “check” to pay Buy Mart for the stuff. At the end of the month I get a small pile of bills for cable TV, utilities, rent, loan payments, etc. I whip out my check book and write some bank drafts or “checks” to pay them. I have printed money to pay my bills and buy stuff. My “check” is a bank draft, a promise to pay the bearer. It represents a lot MORE MONEY than the Federal Reserve Notes I have in my pocket. Exactly like the thousands of commercial bank notes circulating in the 19th century, I have printed money and spent it. Is it real money? Of course it it. I can spend it to buy stuff. My check is paper money, a medium of exchange regularly accepted in commerce. Every time you or me write a check and spends it, the total of all money in circulation in the US goes up by the amount of money we just “printed.” Your personal check also has the same problem that small town bank notes had in the 19th century. If you go to Atlanta, or Chicago, they don't know who you or your bank are, so they don't want to take your out of town bank draft.

If you look closely at the greenback dollars, the Federal Reserve Notes, they are very much like your personal check. They are promises to pay, a “note” drawn on a commercial bank. The Federal Reserve Note has the bank's name, the Federal Reserve System, and your check has your bank's name. Both have the amount to pay. Both have the signature of the person or entity responsible to pay. The greenback dollar is signed by the Treasurer of the United States, and the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States. Even though the Federal Reserve System is actually a commercial bank, the government's note is the same kind of “money” as your own bank note or “check.”

If the TEA Party and Republican Caucus proposal is adopted and we return to “hard money,” you or I would have to take a box of gold, count out appropriate amounts and take it around to all the merchants to pay our monthly bills instead of sending them a bank draft, a check. We would have to get a shipping box from the post office, put in some gold, and mail it to out of town businesses. There would be lots of chance for theft, miscounting, and other problems, to say nothing about the inconvenience to us. We would still have to write out paperwork documenting how much gold we thought we had put in the box. Assuming that there is enough gold (which there isn't) just handling physical stuff is problematic. Its much easier just to write a check (money) and pop it in an envelope. The check becomes our record in case of future question about the amount paid. With a stack of gold we don't have a record. Having to use gold instead of writing checks would be a big problem for every one of us every day.

All the commercial banks in the US print money every day too. When you go to a bank to get a loan for a home or car do they hand you a strong box full of gold? Nope. Do they hand you a suitcase full of greenback dollars? Nope. They print out a bank draft, their check, the same kind of paper money that you can write. The bank hands you a bank draft, their promise to pay, money. Or do they. If we look deeper even the bank checks are only a fraction of money in the US.

The last time I went to a commercial bank to get a loan for a car, they actually did not hand me a check, a cashier's check, or a bank draft. The loan officer pounded a few keys on his computer and caused the bank's computer to show several thousand dollars more in my account. He handed me a deposit receipt for the money, his promise to pay me that amount which I can assign to someone else by writing a check. There are no greenback dollars that I can fold and stuff in my pocket. The bank had just created several thousand dollars, but all of it existed only as numbers, or organized electrons, in the bank's computer. Is it real money? Of course its real money. I can go to any store and spend it. I can go to a car dealer and buy a car with it. I can go to a land seller and by real property with it. I can go on-line to Wal-Mart dot com, type in my numbers, and they will send me a new 47 inch HD TV made in Asia. If it isn't real money I couldn't spend it at Wal Mart.

It turns out that over 90% of ALL THE MONEY in the US exists ONLY as organized electrons or magnetic fields representing a binary code of 1s and 0s in someone's computer.

The "hard" money argument says that the government could not spend money it doesn't have if it could only spend gold or silver money. That is true, but neither could any of us 360 million American people. Our economy could not function without the demand deposits, checks, and organized electrons lubricating business and shopping. Shoe stores and grocery stores, farms and factories could not function. Even if we wanted to hand gold back and forth instead swiping a card or shopping on-line, there just isn't enough gold for a world population of 6 billion to do business. Most of us don't want to give up shopping on-line either.

Many of us don't even write checks very often any more because they are slow and tedious compared to swiping a card or typing in our account numbers. We call it “plastic money” because the card that holds the computer code strip is plastic. Is it “real” money? Can you buy stuff with it? Of course you can. Would you rather have to count out gold and ship it to the Amazon to buy a book rather than entering your VISA card numbers? No, you would not. Requiring “hard money” instead of data code money would just close down most of the businesses and jobs in the US. In the 19th century people often didn't have “money” to buy meat and potatoes because they had no gold. It was chaos. We do not want to bring that dysfunctional chaos back.

Arguing for a return to “hard” gold money or “commodity based” money would do away with almost all the real money that is used today to facilitate computerized business. Many of the checkout clerks at grocery and dry goods stores are now called “scanners” because their job has become one of data entry into computers. They scan the products sold, and scan the magnetic coded strip on the customer's card. They are still able to accept greenback notes, but they don't like to. I don't spend the greenback dollars, the Federal Reserve Notes any more except at yard sales and hamburger joints.

The Congress wisely has authority under the Constitution to "coin" money and promote or regulate interstate commerce. Technology and population have moved our "money" from gold and silver coins to binary computer codes, but it is still "coining" money. And a nation wide system is still necessary to regulate interstate commerce.

When the TEA Party or Republican caucus argues for a return to “commodity based” or gold standard money, they display a real ignorance of the meaning and use of money. This advocacy shows a lack of economic good sense so sever that it discredits their general understanding of economics in other areas. Obviously socialists are economic nincompoops, but “hard money” conservatives have no claim to economic sense either.

There are real reasons to fear for the economy today considering the abysmal mismanagement going on in the Obama regime. Massive deficit spending is done by selling bonds at auction and writing government checks with no money in an account. It may, in fact, destroy confidence in US Dollars to the point where they become effectively worthless. But its not done by “printing” greenbacks. It is done, mostly, by entering revised data in bank computers. Lets get real, and go after the real problems.

Rushing Headlong for Bankruptcy

The US Government just announced that the unemployment rate in the US is over 10%. See Yahoo news report. The current depression was the work of a Democrat/Fascist Congress which has worked for years to kill the economy. They leftist propaganda machine of CBS, NBC, ABC, and CNN keep telling us that the economy is improving while the unemployment rate keeps going up. The truth is that we are having a temporary “bubble” in the downward slide as some people are employed on borrowed money to do temporary government jobs that will soon expire.

Meanwhile the Fascists are working hard to kill what is left of the economy and to eliminate what is left of American freedom:

• The fascists have raised taxes on business to a level which effectively prevents risky investments in new production.
  
  
• The fascists have taken over much of the banking, finance, and automobile manufacturing industries. Under their mismanagement these businesses are unable to recruit top level managers.
  
  
• The fascists are working hard to do a massive government takeover of the medical industry, and take thousands of more dollars out of the pockets of employers and families. Much of the industry is already suffering from very restrictive and expensive government oppression.
  
  
• As soon as they complete the destruction of free enterprise medical related industry, the fascists are preparing to roll out a massive energy tax called “Cap and Tax.” It would take another $3,000 out of the pocket of each family every year, and slap a huge cost on any employer trying to stay in business.
  
  
• The fascists prevent employers from hiring the best available workers and require large scale inefficiency and disruption under anti white men racist/sexist agendas called “diversity.”
  
  
• The fascists have forced our military to recruit and train gays, females, criminal gang bangers, and Islamic terrorists.
  
  
• The fascist government is rolling out a program to install electricity and/or video monitors in your home under euphemisms such as “smart grid.” They are taking over control your use of your dishwasher, hot water, heat, and radio or TV.
  
  
• The fascist government believes that money grows on trees and the people have an unlimited supply that they can just take. It is going to rapidly bankrupt the nation and force widespread starvation.

There is very little the average American can do about the new fascist takeover. They have ignored massive public demonstrations of opposition even on the steps of the Capitol Building. There is a high probability that they will cancel the 2012 elections. You can try phoning or visiting Democrat/Fascist party Congresscows and Senatrixes but don't expect them to listen to the people. They have effectively rigged elections in big city where political machines have made “elections” into a fraud. They no longer care about what the people want.

Stockpile food for your family for a year. Stockpile ammunition. And if you can keep some valuable such as precious metals or whiskey as trade goods. Don't be surprised if there is a major revolution by the conservative “heartland” states and the remaining part of the military that will fight against fascist and Islamic terrorists at home as well as over seas.

Reforming The Medical Industrial Complex

Two more disturbing bits of news on the fascist "Blanc Check" medical industry takeover.

First: The Obama regime already controls medical care for aging veterans under the long established veteran's benefits programs. Obama rolled out its "euthanasia" plan for elderly veterans without waiting for Congress to enact a similar "death for the elderly" plan for all Americans. Elderly veterans now are to receive "counseling" on "Hospice," and pain medication in lieu of medical treatment. Meanwhile FactChuck keeps telling us that the Obama (Blanc Check) plan does not include euthanasia for the elderly.

Second: The Obama regime has extorted millions of dollars from pharmaceutical corporations by threatening them with loss of their monopoly protection, or loss of approval of their products by the FDA. They are being forced to pay for promotion of his (Blanc Check) fascist takeover of the medical industry. You may have noticed the ads on network TV praising Democratic Senators for their support of Obama fascism and asking you to phone them with more encouragement. When you see those ads, think "fascist extortion" being used for a fascist propaganda program.

THE PROBLEM, A GOVERNMENT CREATED MONOPOLY

Everybody in the US knows that medical treatment has become so expensive that an average working man cannot afford it. Employers have responded by paying for insurance to spread the extreme cost of medical treatment over a whole population. Insurance makes people pay whether they need medical care or not. Mostly insurance makes men pay for the medical treatment of women. Men pay about 80% of medical insurance premiums and women receive about 75% of medical treatment.

From an economic perspective company paid medical insurance is part of the “real wages” that an employer pays to hire you. It gets deducted out of your pay before the taxes are calculated, but its a cost per employee that the employer has to pay. It is part of your pay. And no, of course, the Obama regime wants to tax your total wages, not just your paycheck wages. And you thought he said he wouldn't raise taxes on working people. ROFLMAO!!!

Little by little medical treatment has become so expensive that many employers can no longer afford to pay that much for employees. They have to compete with the next company down the road and so company paid insurance has become a huge expense that they are no longer paying.

Why, you might ask, is medical treatment so expensive? What you get for $400 is 45 minutes waiting in a room full of sick people, 10 minutes of a junior level nurse taking your weight and pulse, and maybe 5 minutes of a doctor's time during which he ignores most of your concerns and tells you to take the latest pills being pushed by some pharmaceutical corporation. The pills cost another $100. If you have insurance you only pay $15 or some token amount while the doctor has to hire 3 office staff to fill out the paperwork from insurance companies and government.

Why does that need to cost $500? Answer: It doesn't have to cost so much. It costs that much because it is a government created and enforced monopoly scheme to bleed your wallet. It is fundamentally a government created “pay or die” extortion scheme. How does the scheme work you might ask? Everyone in the media is talking about “reform” of the health care industry. Are they suggesting anything that will lower these extortion level prices? No, sorry. When you or I think about “reform” of a monopoly extortion racket we think about lowering costs and increasing our freedom of choice. That isn't what the Obama regime, the Democrats, nor the socialist propaganda outlets mean by “reform.” Whenever a corrupt politician is talking about “reform” what they are imagining is a creative new scheme to increase government control over your life and bleed the remaining life out of your wallet.

Instead of actually reforming the government's medical industrial monopoly, the Obama regime is planning to write them a massive blank check from your wallet, to pay all of their extreme prices and whatever they want to charge. They will save costs, as Obama said, by giving the elderly “pain pills” instead of medical treatment.

NEEDED REFORMS -- FREEDOM

Here is a list of reforms that the government could do to greatly lower the extreme cost of medical care. If government would get their corrupt evil hands out of health care the prices would drop back to where you or I could just go into a clinic and buy some.

1. End the government's quota system that limits medical schools and the number of doctors. Our Congresscunt's web page whines about how “concerned” she is over the shortage of doctors, but she says nothing at all about ending the government's quota system. The function of the quota has nothing to do with quality of doctor education. It is solely intended to reduce price competition, create a shortage of doctors, and allow doctors to get rich by selling their time to the highest bidder. When Bob was in University the highly respected medical school accidentally graduated more doctors than allowed by its quota. The AMA/government threatened them with loss of license to educate doctors because the QUOTA had been exceeded. No allegations were made that the huge state university wasn't able to train twice as many quality doctors. They could educate many doctors, if they were allowed to. Its a quota. They exceeded the quota. Too many doctors would create completion and break the government monopoly.

2. Stop the ridiculously expensive over-schooling of doctors. The quota system goes hand in hand with the greatly over expensive training of doctors. It adds nothing to a doctor's medical education to require 16 plus years of school before being allowed to apply for medical school. The Bachelor's degree with “A” average that medical schools require for admission is used to cut the number of doctors and keep an artificial limit on supply, to keep prices up. For most General Practitioner and Family Doctor work it doesn't even really take 4 or 5 years in medical school followed by another 4 years as a “resident” doctor in training at a hospital.

Most medical treatment could be just as effective if done by a doctor who had 4 years of schooling, including part time apprentice work with senior doctors. In the small percentage of difficult cases or complicated surgeries a more expensive and more highly educated doctor could be hired. It is ridiculous and grossly over expensive to require all doctors to be massively over educated for the work they are doing.

The reason why you cannot choose a less expensive general practice doctor is because the government monopoly does not allow less expensive doctors to provide services at reduced cost. No freedom to choose. Lots of government control. A huge and extremely expensive government mandated monopoly is what we have. Will it be reformed? LOL. Not by the Obama regime.

3. Break the government monopoly's control of our basic right to purchase medication when we decide that we need it. Take for example, a typical man “Charlie” who needs another year of Alopurinol for gout. Charlie has been taking Alopurinol for years along with millions of other gout sufferers. One pill a day keeps gout away.

Twenty years ago Charlie consulted a doctor and was prescribed Alopurinol to stop the recurring gout attacks. Consulting with a doctor for a new malady is a good option that Charlie was glad to have. But that was 20 years ago, and the gout continues for the rest of your life if Charlie is like other men.

All the information about Alopurinol is available on the Internet, including the patient information and the “doctor” information. Charlie has read all that, has 20 years of personal experience dealing with gout, and relies on Alopurinol for prevention. Sometime this month Charlie's year supply of pills is running out. In order to purchase another year supply Charlie must have (by government fiat) the permission of a government monopoly overpriced doctor. The government will not allow Charlie to just buy some pills. That would not feed the monopoly that contributes so much to the reelection funds of Congressional swine.

In order to purchase another year of Alopurinol for his gout, Charlie has to pay $100 or more, wait in some stupid room full of sick people for an hour, and endure the indignity of having his body poked, prodded and touched in unfriendly ways. If he's lucky he will only have to pay $100 for the monopoly's permission to purchase his pills. Depending on the doctor Charlie could end up paying $400 or more.

Once Charlie has permission to purchase his pills, he can go to a government regulated pharmacy and pay another $100 for a package of pills that would be priced at $50 in Canada or $25 in Mexico. The reason that health care is so expensive in the US is because the government mandates that millions of men like Charlie have to pay $200 (or more) to purchase $10 worth of pills.

The people have a fundamental right to choose our own doctor, to choose a highly skilled specialist or an inexpensive general practitioner for a routine problem. We have a right to buy another year of our pills without paying the government monopoly for permission. It is the government that is responsible for extremely high prices in the medical industrial monopoly.

In Charlie's case, 95% of the cost is waste and abuse caused by government. That is typical of the whole medical industrial monopoly. Real “reform” would get the government out of our lives, out of our doctor's offices, and off our backs.

4. Break the trial lieyer's fraudulent lawsuits against doctors. In a typical fraud, Senator Edwards made a large fortune by filing fraudulent lawsuits against OBGYN doctors in small rural areas where uneducated juries could be found. Edwards would convince juries with crying women rather than facts and evidence. His lawsuits raised the price of a typical OBGYN's malpractice insurance greatly. Edwards is single handedly responsible for raising the cost of OBGYN services to the average woman by about 25% across the whole US. Lieyer Edwards made a huge fortune, and spent some of his money getting himself elected to the US Senate.

The Edwards fraudulent lawsuits of OBGYNs are just one example of out of control single party and class action suits that plague doctors every day. Something like 1/3 of all the money doctors and hospitals charge goes to their malpractice insurance. Many doctors also use “defensive” tests, expensive unneeded tests, done solely as a hedge against frivolous and costly lawsuits.

Sometimes called “Tort Reform” a law limiting medical lawsuit damages to reasonable actual damages and barring “punitive” extra damages would greatly reduce medical costs. Yes, it is sad when some patient suffers because a doctor made a mistake. Raising the price of medical care for all the other patients in the US will not restore an arm, vision, or life that was lost by the mistake.

Tort reform would prevent unscrupulous lieyers like Edwards from getting rich on the backs of hard working men and women who need medical care. Will the Senate consider Tort reform? Is Edwards a Senator? Who's ox is getting gored? You figure it out.

5. End the government required monopoly in the pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical industry pays big contributions to Congressmen to protect them from low priced competition. For example, several states that have free medical programs for poor people discovered that they could buy pills in Canada for less than the price in the US. The government passed a law making it illegal to purchase US made pills in Canada for lower prices than they are sold for in the US.

The price we pay for pills in the US is often 100 times what we should be paying without the government monopoly. A package of pills that costs 25 cents to produce will be sold for $2.50 in Africa, $25 in Europe, $50 in Mexico, $100 in Canada, and $250 in the US. If the government monopoly would allow competition, some small business startup would be producing the very same quality pills (or better) in your town and selling them for a handsome profit at $5. The rest of the $250 is the government monopoly.

Some will argue that the big corporate pill pushers are assuring quality. But small business often produces better quality than impersonal corporations. For example, the beer industry. Local small business often makes far better beer than big corporations. Local small business is much more sensitive to customers turning away when the quality slips. Big corporations can and often do sell crap to customers who can't tell the difference. The quality of corporate products is especially bad when they know that they have a government monopoly so you buy their crap made pill or die.

Some will argue that giving massive profits to corporations allows them to fund medical research. Okay, that's nice, but how many billion of our dollars goes to greedy profits and congressional corruption? There are far better ways to fund medical research than by giving a total monopoly to all the huge corporations for all the generic pills that can be produced on any corner.

Cutting off the government monopoly in the pharmaceutical industry would cut pill costs in the US to less than 10% of what we pay now. It would cut pharmaceutical corporation contributions to corrupt politicians by the same percentages. That's why they don't do it.

SUMMARY OF NEEDED REFORMS
1.End the quota system for doctors
2.End the mandated extremely over-education of doctors
3.Allow free citizens to purchase pharmaceuticals at our own decision. It's our body.
4.Break the Lieyer scum with Tort Reform
5.Break the pharmaceutical monopoly by allowing open manufacture and sale of pills.

WHAT CONGRESS AND OBAMA ARE DOING

Obama, Congress, and the Fascist NYC propaganda machine are all taking about “reform” of medical care in the US. They are not suggesting any of the needed reforms. When a fascist politician talks about “reform” what he means is that he has invented a new scheme to further extend control of your life and bleed your purse even more than it is being bled now.

None of the Congress, of either party, are talking about real reform in medical care. Only the Republicans are talking about Tort Reform and they only bring it up because they know the Dem's won't talk about it.

Congress is planning to write a blank check to their obscenely overpriced medical industrial monopoly, and pay for the check by taxing YOUR bank account or wages. They are proposing to require all Americans to pay for the bloated sow of monopoly medicine whether you are healthy or sick, and to extend free benefits to every illegal alien who can run across the border. Obama promised free medical care to every Mexican who can get into the US during his recent trip to Mexico.

WHAT CAN YOU DO

Bob does not advocate insurrection, sedition, murder, violence, assault, or any other criminal or illegal acts. You can only take every opportunity to speak with corrupt politicians and demand real reform. Don't expect the fascist government and corrupt politicians to listen to the people.

Perhaps when the total economic collapse that will inevitably come from their incompetent and corrupt mismanagement the people can reorganize a more just government. Save whiskey for trade goods.

ANOTHER AIRBUS TO HELL

Another Airbus A3XX has flown straight to hell during air turbulence and killed the passengers. Yemenia Flight 626 crashed Tuesday morning off Comoros. One girl was lucky enough to have survived this one. The other 152 passengers and crew weren't so lucky. The Airbus A3XX series all share the common cheap plastic vertical stabilizer, and share the major structural defect that comes apart and kills everyone on board.

AP News on Yahoo Tue Jun 30, 2009. A Yemeni owned Airbus carrying 153 people crashed in the Indian Ocean as it came in for a landing during turbulent winds on the island nation of Comoros. Yemeni officials said a teenage girl survived. The crash came two years after aviation officials reported faults with the plane, an Airbus 310 flying the last leg of a journey from Paris and Marseilles to Comoros, with a stop in Yemen to change planes.

French and Comoros officials are blaming Yemeni Airlines for the crash. Stephane Salord, the Comoros' honorary consul in Marseilles, called Yemenia's aircraft "flying cattle trucks." "This A310 is a plane that has posed problems for a long time, it is absolutely inadmissible that this airline Yemenia played with the lives of its passengers this way," he said.

Yemen's transport minister said the crashed A310 underwent a thorough inspection in May under Airbus supervision.

The aircraft which crashed is registered in Yemen but is indirectly owned by the U.S. government after a federal bailout of insurer AIG, parent of the world's largest aircraft leasing firm by fleet value, International Lease Finance Corp.

The French are sending a ship to the area. No photos of the broken tail have yet been published.

This is only the latest of a long series of structural failures of the A3XX series Airbus disasters. The whole A3XX series shares a common cheap plastic vertical stabilizer that is known to crack and fail during turbulence.

On May 12, 1997, American Airlines A300-605, another Airbus A3XX. was involved in a near-crash near West Palm Beach, FL. On that occasion the plane's vertical stabilizer delaminated near the attachment bolts that keep it fastened to the rest of the airplane. Fortunately for the pilot and passengers the plane didn't completely come apart, but it served notice to Airbus and all air safety officials that something is very rotten in Denmark.

The FAA and NTSB should immediately ground all A3XX planes in the US. French safety officials should immediately stop all A3XX flights from France. More Frenchmen have now died than people from any other nation. But they look away. It's not PC to blame Airbus for its flying disaster. Blaming Airbus for the A3XX structural failures could be seen as pro-Boeing. Government officials and all the media are heavily indoctrinated in pro-socialist, anti-American prejudice. Boeing's safe airplanes are built by greedy American capitalists. French Airbus A3XX planes are built by socialist governments (much like former Soviet Union making shoes with the heel at the front). So the socialist news editors and government air transportation safety officials work to divert attention. Divert attention to finding “black boxes.” Blame the pilots. Blame the instruments. Blame the computer. Blame the airline. Blame anybody and anything other than the major structural defect that everyone knows is the problem. The tail falls off in mid flight!

Airbus Hasn't Fixed its Vertical Stabilizer

On November 12, 2001, American Airlines Flight 587 ran into air turbulence shortly after taking off from Kennedy International Airport. The vertical stabilizer broke off from a combination of the air turbulence and pilot attempts to compensate for the turbulence.. The Airbus A300 crashed into the Belle Harbor neighborhood of Queens; a borough of New York City. The crash killed all 260 people in the plane and 5 people on the ground. The broken vertical stabilizer was found in the bay a few miles before the airplane hit the ground. When the vertical stabilizer came off the plane turned sideways, its engines broke off, and all control was lost.

After some investigation and a great deal of looking the other way, aviation authorities blamed the dead pilot for over correcting, using too much rudder peddle during turbulence, and decided not to fix the obvious structural problem with ALL Airbus A300 aircraft. Grounding the fleet to correct a major structural defect would be very expensive and politically incorrect. See Wikipedia Article on Flight 587

It is generally unacceptable for an airplane to come apart in mid flight from air turbulence. It is unacceptable for an airplane to come apart in mid-flight from pilot over controlling the rudder. It is especially unacceptable when the structural failure kills 265 men, women, and children.

The tail structure of the Airbus A300 is made of carbon fiber and plastic. Its structural and fatigue characteristics should be classified as “experimental.” The death of 265 people in Queens, NYC, on November 12, 2001 demonstrated clearly to anyone with half a brain that the plastic tail of the A300 is not strong enough to be trusted with the lives of passengers.

Instead of redesigning and strengthening the plastic vertical stabilizers, Airbus used the same design on its enlarged A330 model. If the vertical stabilizer is not strong enough for the A300, it clearly is even more dangerous on the enlarged A330 mode. But fixing bad design costs money and its only the lives of passengers that is at stake. Airbus got away with it until last week.

On May 31, 2008, Air France Flight 440, an Airbus A330, ran into some turbulence en route from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Paris, France. Wikipedia Article The vertical stabilizer broke off. Flight 440 was traveling at high altitude and high speed when it lost all directional control. When the plane turns sideways at high speed, wind forces rip it to pieces. It dumped bodies and shreds of cabin with floating insulation over a wide area. Once again, the broken vertical stabilizer has been found floating some miles away. If you read the Yahoo article or any other major media report you understand that they KNOW the plane is not structurally sound. In the Yahoo report they say that an error such as a minor data input glitch fed to the computer can cause major structural failure which kills all the passengers. They KNOW that the structure is not strong enough to survive turbulence and/or computer error or pilot error. They programmed the computer to limit pilot access to rudder control, but they did not make the plane strong enough to hold together when anything goes wrong. They KNOW that a small error will cause the structure to fail with loss of all life on board. That is just not acceptable.

The Airbus A300 and A330 design has an obvious structural flaw that comes apart and kills all the passengers when mid air turbulence is encountered. They are constructed out of cheap light weight plastic parts that are only strong enough to survive in calm air. They save money on every flight, but risk killing the passengers and crew whenever turbulent air is encountered. The Airbus A300 and A330 is UNSAFE to fly.

All A300 and A330 planes should be immediately grounded until major structural changes are made.

Update June 11, 2009

News stories all focus on inconsistent speed data from the 3 pitot tubes. Automatic trouble transmissions for the ill fated A330 began with notification of inconsistent air speed readings. Bob notes that airplanes tend to turn sideways, or spin horizontally, after the vertical stabilizer breaks off. Pitot tubes on an airplane going sideways, or in a flat spin, will give wildly changing data. There is a human tendency to blame the instruments when they don't give the reading we want to see. Three separate pitot tubes are unlikely to all fail at the same time. Rather than blaming the pitot tubes, the investigative authorities should look at what causes perfectly good pitot tubes to transmit strange speed readings. The answer is that pitot tubes only work well going frontward. When you turn the plane sideways, the air currents on each pitot tube will vary according to the angle of motion and its place on the plane. Turning sideways will also cause the wings to come off and the cabin to break up dumping passengers into the night sky to fall into the ocean. The pitot tubes worked properly, they gave accurate data from an airplane turning sideways.


All A300 and A330 planes should be immediately grounded until major structural changes are made.

Bob has found other sources who also demand a through review and repair of the Airbus A300/A330 airframe. Here is a site which was unsatisfied that nothing had been done to address structural failure of the vertical stabilizer after AA flight 587 after 5 years.

Here is another web site detailing the near crash of another Airbus A300. On May 12, 1997, American Airlines A300-605 was involved in a near-crash near West Palm Beach, FL. On flight 903 the vertical stabilizer began to delaminate (fail) from high stress near the attachment points, but the stress backed off before it failed entirely. The pilot managed to recover from a stall and land safely. That delamination should have been a big red flag for air safety officials.

In 2003 USATODAY published this article and complained that American Flight 587 would have been prevented if safety officials had learned the lessons of the structural problems found on Flight 903 in 1997. Now we have a 3rd similar failure, hundreds more dead people, and still they won't even talk about it. Is money more precious than hundreds of dead?

The FAA, NTSB, European authorities, Airbus and even pilot unions turn the other way because fixing the problem would be expensive, and therefore a political hot potato. Its only dead passengers after all, and then only a plane load every few years. Air safety authorities knew or should have known after flight 903 in 1997 that the A300/A330 vertical stabilizer is unsafe to fly. They have looked the other way while passengers die. They continue to point every direction but the structural defect that is killing so many people.

A crashed Yemeni Airbus A310 ran into air turbulence as it approached its destination, the island of Comoros in the Indian Ocean east of Africa. The death toll is 152 passengers -- only a teenage girl apparently survived. The flight originated in France with a stop in Yemen.

Bob has learned that an Air New Zealand Airbus 320 Crashed into the Mediterranean on a test flight last November 27, 2008, killing the pilots and engineers on board. Once again the apparent cause was the common vertical stabilizer shared by the A300/A310/A320/A330.

Airbus knows exactly why their planes are falling out of the sky killing all on board. Transportation safety officials know too. But they do nothing about it. It is politically incorrect to blame Airbus for their unsafe design.

Update May 28, 2011

The flight recorders from Air France flight have been recovered from the bottom of the Atlantic. The flight data recorder reveals a lot of strange stalls and pilots trying desperately to control the stricken airplane. All the data is consistent with a plane turning sideways and going into a classic swept wing stall. When wings angle aft, any yaw causes one wing to square up and increase lift, while the other wing turns parallel to the wind and loses lift. Once the vertical stabilizer fell off, there was nothing that the pilots could do about the pending crash. It took 4 minutes for the terrified passengers to die when it hit the Atlantic.

International "safety" authorities do their job of protecting financial profits of Airbus by blaming the dead pilots for the crash of Flight 447. “Pilot error” is the “official” excuse for another plane load of passengers killed by the known structural defect of the Airbus A-3xx vertical stabilizer.

Airbus excusers want us to believe that Air France pilots were so incompetent, and "poorly trained," that they pulled the nose up after a stall warning rather than nosing down. Putting the nose down to recover from a stall is just about the first thing EVERY pilot learns. The training is repeated in every certification and recertification. It is impossible to believe that any two pilots would put the nose up rather than down. What is apparent is that pitot tubes and flight data from a plane flying sideways and fluttering is confused. Air speed and stall data is wrong. Once the vertical stabilizer breaks off the nose goes up, down, and sideways, and there is nothing at all the pilots can do.
