The Black Lincoln -- Repeating History

Some international and American observers have predicted that this time the US will split into 5 divisions instead of two. Bankruptcy and total collapse of the US economy may be imminent, and gun sales have been exceeding all time records across the US. The National Guard units which are commanded by the Governors of the several states have never been more ready for a real war than those who have recently returned from Iraq or Afghanistan. The federal military moral will be severely tried as gays are pushed into their ranks. They become dishonored by the new fascist black Messiah. When their monthly pay stops being paid during the financial collapse, they may not respond to orders to attack the states for the new fascist black racist America.

Will it happen? Who can say. What we can say is that B. Hussein Obama is working hard to repeat the history of 1861.

The fascist media from NYC continue to recite their nonsense about Hussein Obama "uniting" the nation, but Obama seems to be working hard to drive the dividing stake deeper into the heartland of America.

Where he could have worked to restore families and gender peace, our new Indonesian citizen President took the occasion of his inauguration speech to bash his own father and by extension all fathers. Obama bashed his father for "leaving" while he was young, and he ignored his shameful mother's whoring and miscegenation as a 60s liberal trollop who didn't bother to form a marriage or even check out his family before opening her legs and making a baby. Just blame fathers and continue to divide the nation.

Then he brought up Reverend Lowery to recite old tired racist clichés breaking America into racial groups and blaming whites for the problems of all.

The Inauguration has been sexist and racist from the beginning. Obama could have used the occasion to set a tone of unification of America, instead he set a tone of racist and sexist hate and division. Shame, shame, shame on him. We really don't need that kind of racist hate and sexist hate in our government -- even if the fascist media applauds it.

A Texas Warning?

Two months ago a small army of criminals in blue suits kidnapped 460 children from a FLDS (Mormon) village in Texas. The army of criminals were part of a longstanding war the State of Texas is waging on families of minority religions. Many of the same criminals had been part of the assault on and mass murder of almost 100 people, including several dozen innocent children, at the Branch Dravidian village near Waco, Texas.

Children from the FLDS families suffered severe trauma, and at least one died during the mass kidnapping. Hundreds of fathers and mothers suffered months of emotional and psychological pain as their children were ripped from their homes and shipped off to the far corners of Texas by the evil in blue suits and cruelly smiling lesbitches. An evil agent of Satan in black robes of Hell who orchestrated the mass crime was finally ordered to enforce the law and Texas had to return the children in early June.

This week, about a week after the 460 kidnapped children were returned, we read that persons unknown have set fire to the Texas Governor's Mansion. Can this be coincidence? Bob speculates that it is a reminder to the Governor that he is not immune to retaliation for his criminal attack on the people of Texas. Read news story

A few years ago, exactly a year after the Texas criminals and the FBI gassed the people of the Branch Davidians village near Waco, the FBI office in Oklahoma City was bombed by an angry citizen. It was also on the anniversary of the FBI's assassination of a man's child, his wife, and even his dog in Idaho. The FBI was reminded that their mass murder of children makes their own children vulnerable. The wank media cries for the death of the FBI's children, while ignoring the much greater number of children whom the FBI kills with impunity. This year the wank media spent April and May applauding the State of Texas's war on the FLDS families, although a few brave media members eventually began questioning the justification for such a heinous crime.

Kidnapping has been a death penalty crime in the US since the Lindberg child was kidnapped and killed in the 1930s. But in Texas, it was the evil Governor and his minions who were the criminals, and their war on families and children was certain to go unpunished.

Bob has no personal knowledge of any of these crimes other than what is published by the wank media and on the Internet. Bob tries to read through the smoke screen and hate published daily by the blue suit gangs and their wank media talking heads, and figure out what is going on behind the headlines. In Texas there are undoubtedly many good people who are scared and angry at the violent, out of control, criminal government that is waging war on the people. The fire at the Governor's Mansion might very well be a warning that he is not immune from retaliation by the people for his violence and crimes. Since the building was unoccupied for renovation at the time of the fire it reads like a very restrained response on the part of those who desire to be free people. It should be a warning to Texas to stop making war on the people.

FBI Corruption Goes Public

In the latest FBI Crime, Curtis Jones of Annapolis pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court in Baltimore to taking bribes to award government supply contracts. In the particular purchase for which he had to fess up, Mr. Jones was given a lavish cruise in exchange for awarding a $2 million contract for paper shredders.

Corruption and crime runs the length and breadth of the FBI from their criminal false testimony from their “Crime Lab” to the mass murder of children at the Branch Davidians village. In an agency that corrupt and criminal, where murder has been their SOP since John Dillinger was assassinated on a street corner without benefit of trial or legal process, accepting bribes and pocketing taxpayer money is no surprise at all. The FBI needs to be disbanded and all it's criminal agents caught and hung.

The Texas Supreme Court today affirmed the appellate court decision. Send the Children Home! The highest court in Texas found that the mass kidnappers had no legal justification to steal well over 400 children from their parents. Kidnapping is a hanging crime in the United States. When the “Law Enforcement” refuses to enforce the law, and is in fact the criminals, the people must take responsibility to enforce the law. Texas CPS lieyers have appealed the court decision to the Texas Supreme court despite having no further legal grounds. Any half decent person would return children to their families, but the criminals in Texas are refusing to do so. The Texas Court of Appeals has told Texas CPS lesbitches and a legion of blue gun thug criminals to "Return their children." The Texas Court of Appeals announced the blatant truth that their assault and mass kidnapping of children from the FLDS ranch had "no legal basis." The whole raid and mass kidnapping of children was based on a lie that “Law Enforcement” knew was a lie. The supposed details of the lie were patently false on their face. The alleged “abuser” in the phony story was living in another state under supervision of the Arizona Parole Board. Even a cursory review of their alleged excuse for the mass kidnapping would show that the alleged facts could not be true. It is still not clear if the Texas Blue Gun Thugs and CPS Lesbitches made up the whole alleged “abuse” story as an excuse to pursue their war on minority religions. What this decision means is that the whole operation was CRIMINAL KIDNAPPING in addition to CRIMINAL violation of dozens of other laws from trespass to perjury. ABC News is reporting that the serial false rape accuser has been found in Colorado. The FBI, the Texas Rangers, and local blue gun thugs from Colorado Springs have tracked down and arrested 33 year old Rozita Swinton. Ms. Swinton is alleged to be the person who phoned Texas Authorities claiming to be a 16 year old names “Sarah” who was being held in bonds of matrimony and abuse at the FLDS ranch near El Dorado, Texas. The arrest plainly displays the total incompetence and malfeasance of duty of the Texas authorities. They destroyed the peaceful live of hundreds of families, violated all their civil rights, and kidnapped over 400 children based on a phone call they should have known was a fraud. The alleged facts in the phone call were known to be false as even the most cursory investigation would have disclosed. The accused man was known by law enforcement not to have been in Texas, and law enforcement knew that some unknown female was making several false phone call accusations of him. The blue gun thugs who perpetrated such heinous crimes against the peaceful citizens of Texas all ought to be shot on sight for the good of the people. In West Texas the blue gun thugs are continuing their war on minority religions by destroying a FLDS, Mormon, village. The thought of people living in peace and harmony without the “blessing” of soap operas, teenage whores, and Baptist schooling was too much for the FBI, Texas Rangers, and local Blue Gun Thugs. In the twisted evil minds of Baptist Texans it's better to kill and destroy hundreds of children and families than to allow people to live by their own religious views. Little things like US Constitutional law, “Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof....” are of no concern to the Baptist Texan street gangs who can't stand the thought of anyone who isn't either Baptist of Catholic and lives in Texas. Bob is not a member of any of the religions mentioned in this article. Bob is outraged that violent gangs in the United States are waging war on minority religious groups under color of government.

In order to claim some slim justification for the extermination of hundreds of deeply religious families the Texas blue gun thugs invented a cock and bull story about a supposedly abused young woman who supposedly was being held in the bonds of matrimony at the LDS village by Reverend Dale Evans Barlow. In their haste to cook up a fictitious “abuse” case, the blue gun thugs didn't bother to check out the details of their cock and bull story. Reverend Barlow has been living for some time in Arizona, not Texas. He is under the close supervision of the Arizona State Parole Board. He was previously convicted of some anti-religion “crime” in Arizona and is on probation there. The Arizona probation officer has said that he was aware of previous phone calls from one or more females making fictitious allegations similar to those trumped up in Texas, but he knew them to be false. We don't really know if the same hateful females made factitious calls to the Texas blue gun thugs, or if the Texas blue gun thugs just made something up patterned after what was going on in Arizona. We do know that the alleged “abuse” of a young female at the LDS village near El Dorado was a complete fabrication, and that the Texas blue gun thugs knew or should have known that it had no basis in fact. The alleged “abuser” in the fictitious phone call was known by “law enforcement” to be living in Arizona and not at the LDS village. Even if the fabricated cock and bull story was true, it would only justify a polite investigation to find the ONE accused man and ONE alleged victim. Even if the known fictitious story was true, it was never close to being a justification for the destruction of a whole village and the imprisonment of hundreds of women and children.

Texas criminals in blue suits are never concerned about law or justice. They are only concerned with destroying anyone who is non-Baptist of (if Mexican) Catholic. Most of us can remember the horror as the FBI and Texas thugs gassed close to a hundred men, women, and dozens of children of a Branch Dravidian village a few years ago. The Gestapo then burned the village to the ground hoping to hide the evidence of their “CS” poison gas attack murder of almost a hundred people. Mass murder and destruction of hundreds of families is an ongoing Texas and FBI war on minority religions. One of the glaring connections between the assault on the Mormon village near El Dorado and the massacre of the Branch Dravidians near Waco, TX, is CPS lesbitch Marleigh Meisner who has been intimately involved in both criminal assaults. Ms. CPS “protected” dozens of children at Waco by having them gassed and their bodies burned. In El Dorado Ms. Lesbitch CPS is “protecting” more than 400 children by robbing them from their loving parents and family homes and sending them into abuse, trauma, and destruction in the CPS system.

Anyone who is familiar with CPS knows that their children custody farms are centers for child abuse, drugs, sex, and trauma for children. Any boy being consigned to CPS destruction has a very high risk of spending his life in drug gangs and prisons. Any girl being consigned to CPS is equally at high risk for gangs, drugs, and prisons but add prostitution and a life as a crack whore as the most probable outcome. Ms. CPS Lesbitch, (Marleigh Meisner) and the blue gun thugs are out to sack and destroy the Mormon village and everyone in it.

In the days since the blue gun thug sacking of the Mormon village began, Ms Lesbitch and other evil speakers have alleged that young women of the Mormons were being taught that they are expected to do sex with their husband after marriage. Boys are being taught to expect when they grow up and marry they should expect sex with their wives. “This perpetuates the abuse,” according to the lesbian bitch from CPS and the evil hoard in blue suits. Members of the mindless media have been repeating these idiotic comments verbatim without asking the speakers what they think marriage is all about. Sex between husband and wife, and the conception of children is the fundamental meaning of marriage and has been across all religions and cultures since before the beginning of recorded history. Even the most religious Baptist or Catholic expects wives and husbands to share sex and conceive children. Only strange perverted lesbians who hate the very thought of “sleeping with the enemy” are opposed to marriage and sex between husbands and wives. Evil Ms. CPS Lesbitch calls it justification to destroy more than a hundred families and kidnap over 400 children from their parents.

The Texas/FBI war on families is criminal. It violates the basic Constitutional Law in the United States and the human rights of hundreds of people of Texas. The members of CPS in Texas, the Texas Rangers, the FBI in Texas, and everyone involved in this heinous crime against humanity is the enemy of the American people. They all ought to be shot on sight and given no quarter.

It is probable that evil Lesbitch Marleigh Meisner learned to hate families, children and marriage from a hate training class such as is described in The World According to Bob article on Teaching Hate, Smut, and Violence.

The Governor of Texas is completely in bed with the evil CPS, blue gun thugs, agents of Satan in Black robes of hell, and every last one of the blue suits. Three mothers of the children have appealed to Governor Rick Perry for help in a letter the sect said was mailed to him on Saturday, but of course Governor Perry is as guilty of mass murder, assault, kidnapping, and destruction as any of his legions of thugs in blue suits. In response, to punish the captured women now being held in Texas' concentration camps, the gun thugs stole their cell phones. They don't want captive women talking to media or family outside the concentration camps, letting the public know details of the torments they and their children are suffering.

Meanwhile, State Agent of Satan in Black Robes, Barbara Walther refused to release their illegally held prisoners. Better to imprison and torture hundreds of women and children, and deprive their fathers, than to allow peaceful citizens to go home. Walther and the rest of the Texas Injustice Systems is up to its filthy neck in mass crime against the people. She should have apologized to the families for the evil Texas Injustice System and told them all to go home. She should have demanded that the criminals in blue suits be persecuted for their kidnapping and other crimes. But of course Ms. FemiNazi Walther is a sworn enemy of the people making war on the people. Sending many bus loads of children and mothers off to concentration camps is how she “protects” the public.

Make no mistake, when the government goes to war against the people its a war against all the people. It's not just “Those Mormons over there.” The violent destructive war of our government against our people is going on and on. This latest assault on a village in Texas is not an isolated incident.

To own and bear ARMS!

The 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution is supposed to protect the right of the people to own "regular" military "ARMS!" The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to preserve for the people the ability to attack, destroy, and replace a government that has become tryannical. It has nothing at all to do with hunting or recreational rifles. If it takes tanks and artilliary to take down a tyranical government that is the right of the preople. Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Adams and their friends all believed in and practiced that kind of popular democracy.

Criminal FBI Lab -- Decades of perjury

CBS is reporting this morning that the FBI "Crime Lab" has been falsifying evidence and testifying to perjury in court for 40 years, and their lies have been instrumental in sending hundreds of innocent men to prison. The real "crime" in the FBI "Crime Lab" is the lab itself and those lying criminals who work there. According to THIS REPORT the criminal FBI Laboratory in Quantico, VA, committed perjury for four decades in order to send hundreds, or more probably thousands of innocent men to prison, or to the gallows. The lying pigs at the criminal FBI Laboratory claimed that their chemical analysis could match bullet fragments found at a crime scene with the particular unfired bullets in a man's home. It was a total lie and they knew that it was a total lie. Nevertheless, the lying FBI gun thugs repeatedly did serial false testimony in case after case. Once again the FBI is shown clearly to be an evil criminal conspiracy working hard for the destruction of good American men.

Every one of the lying criminals at the FBI laboratory and the bosses who were part of the criminal conspiracy deserve to be sent to the same hellhole prisons where their lies and misandry sent so many thousand innocent men. Let them learn first hand about prison gangs, abuse, and torment that these scumbags caused for so many good men. Better yet, they should all be rounded up and Impaled by a mob of angry decent citizens. The FBI came to public fame in the 1930s by a series of assassination murders of alleged criminals without benefit of a trial or any legal process.

There have only been two countries that have used internationally banned “WMD” poison gas on large groups of their own citizens during the past quarter century. The first was Iraq under Saddam Hussein. The other was the US-FBI at Waco under Bill Clinton – Janet Reno. At Waco the FBI used “CS” gas to assassinate dozens of men, women, and children. The dead gassed bodies included several dozen children. Despite the fire that the FBI set to try to hide the evidence of their crimes, autopsies of most of the dead men, women, and children showed that the cause of death was the “CS” gas. Link here

At Ruby Ridge the FBI was a criminal conspiracy right from its first violation of constitutional law, and continued to be a criminal organization while its army of gun thugs assassinated a family who's only crime was to try to escape into the deep woods.

The FBI now admits that they have been committing perjury for 40 years, lying about bullet chemical tests, claiming that they had matched bullet fragments with unfired bullets found in a man's home. If they have been forced to admit systematic and habitual perjury on this one identification, all the rest of their “crime lab” testimony is called into question. None of the hundreds of thousands of men who have been sent to hellhole prisons based on FBI testimony can be said to have had a fair trial. Government lying violates the US Constitutional requirement for a fair trial. Every one of them should be summarily released from prisons because their convictions were based on government lies and fraud. Release them all now!

The FBI is a thoroughly criminal and murderous organization from top to bottom. An angry nation of decent citizens would round them all up and impale them. They are vermin who work to destroy good men and women, and to gas children.

Second Amendment

Most modern analysis of the 2nd Amendment is done from a modern perspective and misses the point of the 2nd Amendment entirely. It has to be understood using the word definitions of the late 18th century, and the perspective of the authors who had just finished overthrowing a tyranical government.

Prior to the American Revolution the English had a history of outlawing arms among citizens for the purpose of maintaining government control in the colonies. Various English prohibitions against the ownership of arms in the Americas were one of the major bones of contention prior to the revolution. Many Americans needed arms on the frontier. They had been in a generation long conflict with native people who sometimes sacked villages or killed farmers, and had experienced a generation of religious warfare between the Protestant English and the Catholic French and their Indian allies. The need to own and bear arms, real military arms, was important to colonists for their own protection.

As anti-English sentiment heated up the English tried unsuccessfully to limit or eliminate armed colonists in America as they tended to do elsewhere. By the middle of the 1770s, armed groups of Americans who had already formed militias to defend against French and Indians now found themselves preparing to fight against what they viewed as English tyranny. In those days "arms" consisted of muskets or rifles, swords, and cannons. Muskets and rifles were also for hunting and sport, while the swords and cannon were exclusively for warfare. Taking away arms, and hanging men who owned them, was strongly contended between English and American colonists prior to and during the civil war.

When the war ended, and the winners were sitting down to draft the new Constitution, the problem of government tyranny was big in their minds. They went to considerable length in the new Constitution to try to prevent the new government from eventually becoming corrupt and tyrannical as the former English government had seemed to them. So, as the final part of the checks and balances against a tyrannical government, they wrote the 2nd amendment. These were the same men who had written the Declaration of Independence and had defended it with their lives. These were men who believed that the people had an absolute right to overthrow a tyrannical government as they had done, and the people had the right to posses the means to do so when that final action became necessary. The meaning of the 2nd amendment is about armed militias of citizens overturning a tyrannical government, it's not about hunting or sport weapons nor defending against burglers.

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

First, the term "well regulated" does not mean being controlled by the government. In the language of 1776 and 1790, a "regular" army was a standing army like the English who had defended the king. They were the "regulars," and the Americans were militia. The regulars were usually well equipped and well trained. To be "well regulated" meant to be trained and equipped in the manner of the "regulars." A "militia" consisted of everyday citizens who come together in time of need to defend their homes and villages. It had nothing to do with government owned reserve armies because such a thing was unheard of in those centuries. The National Guard wouldn't be invented for more than a century later. A "militia" is not the reserves of the regular army, nor the National Guard of the states which are also "regulars" in some sense. The militia is ordinary citizens who own arms and do some training and can be called upon or get together themselves in times of crisis. So a "well regulated militia" consists of ordinary citizens who own arms equal to those of the regular army, and who have some training in the art of war.

Secondly, Jefferson, Washington, Adams, and his fellow revolutionaries believed that a free state is one that has overturned a tyrannical government by force of arms if necessary, as they had done themselves. Overthrowing the government may seem excessive to you and me, but to men who had done just that it was what good men do when necessary to ensure freedom. A "free state" is one that can not become tyrannical and oppressive to the people. They belived that it is necessary for the people to maintain a "well regulated militia" to ensure that any government which becomes too tyrannical can be replaced. This amendment is consistent with, and reflects the thinking of the Declaration of Independence. A "free people" is a people who can overturn the government when necessary. These first two phrases give the reader the reason for the right to own and bear arms. The purpose of the 2nd amendment is to ensure to the people the right to maintain regular military arms in order to guarantee a state free from government tyranny.

The last phrase, the action phrase, tells the government that it is prohibited from defending itself by taking away the arms of the people as the English governors had tried to do. It does not talk about sporting rifles, nor hunting muskets. It's about ARMS! It's about the same kind and type of arms that the regular army uses. In 1776 that was swords and cannon. Today it would be TOW missiles, MBT-1 tanks, M-16s. and all the other arms that the "regular" army uses.

Of course the tyrannical government and their supporters are very afraid of the power of the people guaranteed by the 2nd amendment. The thought of an angry army overthrowing the government, tossing all the graft and corruption out of Washington, and restoring freedom to American terrifies them without limit. Neither the courts, nor the Congress, nor the President will allow the people to have the means to overthrow them and toss the rascals out. For most of the past two centuries the government has worked to decrease the rights and power of the people, and especially the ability of the people to overthrow the government.

All their laws against arms are illegal under the constitution. The rights accrue not to government, federal or state controlled regular armies, but to all citizens who choose to form militias or be ready to from a "well regulated" and thereby very well armed militia.

All the arguments about what kind of hand guns or long arms can be prohibited only argue how much tyranny the government can impose in violation of it's own basic law. They demonstrate how far from freedom the government has become. All such laws are illegal on their face. Government organizations such as the BATF are illegal because they enforce illegal law. It was a good try by George, Tom, John, and the others, but tyranny of government is darn hard to stop. It will always try to prevent the people from seizing back it's power.
